He couldn't figure out Omer, and that's understandable.

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 09:31 AM) Alright, I have a question. In the last few months, I have been trying to both lose weight and add on muscle. They've both been going pretty well and I've added a good amount of muscle to my abs and chest. There is still some pesky stomach fat and love handles (which I've had my whole life, no matter how skinny I was lol). Basically I want to start working my arms more. I'm getting some free weights and I already have a routine figured out. My current routine has me working out over a longer period of time after work in the evening, rather than just a set hour of nothing but lifting. My source of protein has been almost entirely through having chicken for dinner every night. I want to bring protein shakes into the mix. I've read that casein is probably the way to go, as it stays in your body longer and it would work better with the system I use of stretching the workout over a longer period of time. Is this the one I should go with? And what would be the recommended time to take it and amount to use of it? EDIT: Also, keep in mind that I'm still doing cardio 6 days a week and attempting to lose the remainder of fat I have. I recommend Isopure for lean mass based on the low calorie, fat and carb count. Drink it right after your workout. A lot of other proteins have healthy fat and carbs for recovery, but if you want to continue to lose weight with the benefit of protein for muscle building that's what I would do.

QUOTE (fathom @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 09:20 AM) Went to McDonald's game last night, and I thought the talent on the court was as bad as I've seen in a McDonald's game. Davis looked agile and should be a top 3 pick after his freshman year. Besides that, there wasn't a single guy out there that was a can't miss prospect. Beal and Rivers are impressive and I'm sure they'll be studs in college, and I actually thought Rock's guy Amir Williams showed a lot of potential. I really hope IU isn't planning on Zeller being a savior, as he appears to be a lot more Luke Zeller than Tyler Zeller. I thought McAdoo was pretty impressive as were Rivers and his Duke parter Cook. From my guys I actually ended up liking Shannon Scott a little more than Williams, he and Craft are going to be hell on other teams defensively. -

QUOTE (Brian @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 06:42 PM) The funny thing about this is that I have a vote and was going to cast it for Boatright but never sent it in. Oops Since you watch alot of these guys, whats your take on them and any other player that should have been up for it. -
So Thornton was really upset at Hawks players "chirping" at him as he skated to the bench last night and he will "deal with it" next time he sees them. Maybe they thought you got some karma after taking out Hammer's knee huh you douche.

QUOTE (farmteam @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 12:19 PM) Not sure about the switching off thing, but both are playing for West. http://blogs.heraldtimesonline.com/iusp/?p=12889 http://rivalshoops.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1205905 Some observations from practice. Theres a link for the east squad as well. -
QUOTE (farmteam @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 03:13 PM) Who's he/what other places does he own? A ton of bars. Here is their main website: http://fourcornerstaverns.com/ They are opening up a few more in the future as well. They make a TON of money by repeating their formula, hiring and maintaining decent employees and not giving away much if anything for free.

QUOTE (SnB @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 08:18 AM) WWE all stars is just good fun. If you liked the N64 wrestling games (wrestlemania 2000, no mercy) this is right up your alley. I haven't watched wrestling in at least 10 years and am having a blast with it. The first stone cold stunner I pulled off was one of the most satisfying moments in recent memory. Going out and getting that for sure, that and the new Tiger.

Doing reports for school was ALOT more time consuming. You would have to research several outlets to get even a little bit of info: Encyclopedia (at home) Microfiche News clippings from the NYT and Trib Encyclopedias at the library Book search at library (dewey decimal system)

QUOTE (farmteam @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 01:51 PM) Was in town the other day and went to Schoolyard on Southport. I like that place. One of Andy Gloor's places, they are a gold mine.

QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 12:52 PM) Yeah, I did. I did end up going that week you quoted but they didn't have their s*** in order yet, but that was understandable. I have ordered take out a couple time as well. Food selection/quality hasn't been great. Beer list is intense. It looks like it's going to be more of a place to drink and order some random food if need be, but not necessarily a place to go to dinner all the time - maybe hit up dinner before it. I do want to try a few more things on there though as far as food is concerned. Have you been there a bunch? I went to the founders brewery night and another time and left unimpressed with the food selection and they hadnt released their own beers yet. I was hoping for a local rock-bottom type place.

QUOTE (Brian @ Mar 29, 2011 -> 08:37 PM) Great defender but he doesn't really have much of an offensive skill set, does he? Good shooter, better at driving. Pretty good offensively actually. Had some good games as a supporting cast member offensively. Well known IN the OSU community as Diebler's shooting partner (diebler obsessively shoots all hours of the night). Anyone else excited about the McD's game today? -

QUOTE (flavum @ Mar 29, 2011 -> 04:39 PM) 11-20-1 Another fine Ozzie Guillen spring training. And yes, I'm kidding around and don't care about spring training results. The state of our minor league systems contributed alot to that record. They are simply terrible.

Kind of Oregon-esque. I believe both schools bring in about the same amount of revenue (60M) but the boosters fund pretty much all of the big ticket items. -

QUOTE (He_Gawn @ Mar 29, 2011 -> 03:30 PM) They wouldn't do that to Crean, even though I think every single commit would stick because honestly, who doesn't love Brad Stevens? Crean will get his shot the next 2 years, if it doesn't work out, in steps Stevens. Most would think IU wouldn't even be able to buy out Creans contract, but thats where Bill Cook steps in. Oh, the luxury of having a billionaire booster. Wasnt IU athletics in like a 10 million dollar hole a few years ago? -
Did a variation of this yesterday. Pretty killer. Group conditioning today, 15 exercises, 3.5 times through in an hour, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off.

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Mar 29, 2011 -> 02:16 PM) They won the AL Central last year with Justin Morneau missing the 2nd half of the season. The entire half. If he's back to full-health, they've improved significantly by inserting a f***ing MVP into the lineup. Bullpen and rotation took a few hits.

QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Mar 29, 2011 -> 10:35 AM) Illinois is a much better job than Purdue if you want to compete for national titles and final fours. Not even comparable. There probably isn't really much of a difference between the Illinois and MSU (assuming money equal) job either. Izzo is an unreal coach, but in terms of facilities, recruiting base, name brand, etc there isn't a whole lot different. MSU is a more high profile job than Illinois, even if the coach is a large part of it, thats how big programs get built. MSU-14 consecutive NCAA bids, since 1999 they have one 1 title, been to 2 title games, 6 final fours, 7 elite eights, 8 sweet sixteens, 5 conference titles. ILL-in that same time frame-10 tourney appearances, 4 sweet sixteens, 2 elite eights, 1 final four, and 1 championship appearance. Nobody in the Big Ten touches MSU.
