QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Apr 4, 2011 -> 08:58 PM) I was telling my brother the other day that Walker and Mack are probably the only players in this game that would start for any of the teams in the 08 Final 4 or for UNC or Illinois in the championship game from 04-05, Florida in either of their title years, UNC in 09 etc. Even on some of the teams that lost the title games.

QUOTE (Jerksticks @ Apr 4, 2011 -> 04:15 PM) Who was the first fingernails on a chalkboard? Linestink proudly carried that tradition for a while. Guess it's OhNoman's turn. That dude flings terds up there. Straight Dealin

Melo is a flow killer, and it's not working well with his new team. You can get caught standing around watching him.

LOL. This is starting already? We should smoke them and that's what I expect.

QUOTE (zenryan @ Apr 1, 2011 -> 03:31 PM) Was the stuff you heard a few days back the sex stuff that HBO talked about a just the other night? Or is there other issues hovering around? No, that "report" was pretty comical, getting laid in college isnt exactly a rarity only given to athletes. I heard info related to the parlor owner, waiting to see how accurate it is. -

QUOTE (whitesoxfan99 @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 09:43 PM) Jacob Tucker is an unreal dunker. Wow -
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 04:14 PM) i dont think we should be doggin Kevin Loves game, he is playing with a sore groin and the original plan was for him to miss the rest of the season. Last nights version of Kevin Love was not the rule, it was the exception. you could tell his burst was gone when Omer and Deng were blocking him It doesnt help he is being KG'ed with zero help around him against the best defense in the league.

QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 02:01 PM) I haven´t been to the area that is designated for this, but could they not have draughts available? It was primarily bottles when it was beers of the world. Green Line is one of those beers that is hard to get even if you are a bar. Its limited production. Edit: I love that you said draught instead of draft. Heres some background on the project: http://www.glproject.com/green-line-project-pages-3.php I LOVE that beer, wish they bottled it.

QUOTE (danman31 @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 03:45 PM) Bruce Weber at SIU: 15-12 (t-5th MVC), 20-13 (3rd MVC; NIT 2nd round), 16-14 (t-4th MVC), 28-8 (t-1st MVC; Sweet 16), 24-7 (1st MVC; NCAA 1st round) Bill Self didn't make the postseason until his fourth year at Oral Roberts and that was the NIT. He didn't make the tourney in his first year with Tulsa and went 9-5 in the WAC in year two (with a tourney appearance). Tom Izzo didn't make the tourney until his 3rd year at Michigan State. Generally everyone does exactly what you just said. I think that's fairly clear at this point. Unless you can get a Matt Painter type (and really, meh) who is potentially frustrated at his major job, Shaka is the most attractive candidate. SNAP. Great info, thanks -
QUOTE (The Baconator @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 01:10 PM) And how is there no Green Line? I though that beer was introduced as their 'south side' beer? Its their environmentally friendly beer. And f***ing delicious. They do not produce it in bottles which could be a reason.

QUOTE (ChrisLikesBaseball @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 01:33 PM) You mean like.. almost all of them that are in view of the TV cameras? If I recall correctly, this is a pretty common sight at Yankee stadium. The ones behind the plate that are like 3 grand?

Arent we all fans of coaches that made their way in mid-majors before they got their shot? -
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 12:53 PM) And it's still a top 5 lineup in the league Mostly because of the middle of the order. They are still suiting up 3-4 guys who hit under .270.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 12:50 PM) I never said the best, i said they were underrated. I argued that if they win the whole tournament I don't see how they wouldn't be considered, at the very least, in the discussion for the best team. And if Kentucky wins the whole thing then fine, i'll be proven wrong. But I don't think they're as good as advertised. Like I said before, they were a no-call travel away from losing in the first round. Almost every title team is a call, or a shot away from being bounced. There is always that one moment that they have to win to move on and win the title. Its rare a team just breezes through unscathed.

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 12:46 PM) So VCU needs to be considered one of the best teams in the country because of their tourney play, but Kentucky is still overrated but just happened to play well enough to get to the Final Four. As a #4 seed. Kentucky ended up the 11th ranked team in the country I believe, if anything that 4 seed was a bit of an underrating

Gotta be one of the weaker looking lineups we've seen from the Yanks in a few years.

QUOTE (Sox1422 @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 12:09 PM) Just got this email back after inquiring to Brooks: Here is a look at the beers we will be offering at our Midwest Brews locations: Minnesota - Michelob Golden Light Wisconsin - Leinenkugel (various flavors) Illinois - Goose Island's Honkers and Chicago Beer Company's Windy City Wheat Indiana - Barley Island's Bar Fly IPA Ohio - Great Lakes Brewing Company's Dortmunder Gold Michigan - Bell's Oberon (we will also have LaBatt Blue representing this area and the Canadians) I hope this makes you want to stop by even more now! They will be cold and waiting for you... Joey Nigro, General Manager Sportservice - US Cellular Field 333 W. 35TH Street Chicago, IL 60616 They could do so much better than this list. Add 3 floyds from indiana, 2 brothers from warrenville, and please take off that Great Lakes brew, I dont think thats remotely their best. Bell's Oberon will probably be my go-to from that stand now.

QUOTE (Swingandalongonetoleft @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 11:14 AM) Figured here would be the place to put this. A few months back, my home laptop was seemingly infected by a virus/malware. It wouldn't even let me go online or access *any* programs for that matter, slowed the machine to a crawl, and windows kept giving a notification with the name of the malware (didn't write it down, but I remember it had the word "bank" in it, which scared me). I pretty much shut the thing down for two or three months, and eventually picked up McAfee with the intention of cleaning it up. I finally got around to turning the thing back on, and nothing was wrong. No trace of anything. It looks like I have an active Norton subscription (which I wasn't aware of, so I'm wary but I didn't install the McAfee). I'm worried that something still isn't kosher here, and was hoping someone could point me to some good (free) anti-malware online. I do online banking and trading, and nothing is out of the ordinary but I'm still paranoid about how and why the problem would just vanish like that. I've heard stories where the mal-ware operated quietly to make you think everything is fine and then you get railroaded after a while. Back up your PC and see if you can do a restore to a few months back. If not, back up everything and do a fresh windows install.

QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 10:02 AM) Thank you, Rock. I knew I could count on a quick response. I have one follow-up question, though. Since, as I said, I do my workout in the evening and spread it out over time, should I basically drink the shake right before bed? You can. I'm sure you dont workout and then jump right into bed, so drink it right after or sip it during your workout. Having some protein before bed isnt really that bad, its the carbs that will sit there all night. If you are doing a circuit workout where you are burning alot of energy in a short period of time sometimes having those recovery carbs is good, since you seem to be just working on strength while losing weight, you should be good. QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ Mar 31, 2011 -> 10:03 AM) And this is the guy you're talking about? http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2134405 I actually drink these: http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2612796 because they are more like gatorade, but the link you provided will work as well, I used to drink that same tub. They arent the best tasting shakes out there, but if you look at the protein content and the calorie count, its good for a protein supplement without adding alot of extra stuff you need to burn off. Definitely a good option if you are in a leaning out phase.

QUOTE (nitetrain8601 @ Mar 30, 2011 -> 07:35 PM) I'd still rate it 2nd to last. I forgot to include ATT in there. It's probably in the middle, but I love their box overall. Too bad their On Demand is horrific. In fact, that's all Comcast has going for them. ATT will never compete because their infrastructure isnt up to par. When you cant watch HD on more than one TV, you arent an HD provider.

I like to see the delicate balance between people who hated Weber during the season yet want him to stay. Its a tough situation to be in. Of course he will stay, underachieve, and will be ridiculed for yet another season.
