Dont forget that Martz's system uses shorter drops than Turner's seemed to, so the O line just needs to hold blocks for 3-4 steps. Forte is going to be a beast with how many balls he catches next season.

Yoga continues to be the worst DVD of the bunch. Talking to some folks on the beachbody board, alot of them have subbed it out for fountain of youth yoga, which I will be doing as well. 45 min of vinyasas followed by ridiculous balance poses for a guy with no balance is stupid.
