Effectiveness of a goalie starts with the defensive pairings in front of them, and luckily this is a huge strength of the Hawks. I am even becoming impressed with Hendry's performance of late which is encouraging.

How would you have reacted if this guy sat down next to you on a plane? No matter how crazy you are, there is going to be some nervousness in your body language and actions, did the person sitting in the same row notice anything? Would you tell someone?

I immediately thought that Urban got caught for something that would have to call for a suspension and instead he is "going on leave." But who knows. Its seems strange that he was in talks allegedly with ND for their position yet knew he had health issues bad enough that he had to take time off from coaching.
