  1. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jan 3, 2012 -> 09:45 PM) What did these guys do last night? It's like none of them how to shoot anymore. cant get 4 pts in 23 min out of brewer, 0 in 17 from korver, 2 in 9 from taj, 2 in 16 from noah, 2 in 14 from Asik and expect to win
  2. glad martz is gone...i think his system is antiquated and really only works well with an outstanding O line. I do however hope that the next O-coordinator knows how to use Forte as effectively as martz did (ie using him off the edge and letting him find holes behind pulling guards, rather than running between the tackles).
  3. god id love it if the bears made lovie the D coordinator and brought in fisher ...pipe dream, i know seriously though, now you have a coordinator and GM spot to fill....lots of work to do
  4. awful coaching by Mark Richt. 2nd and 8 and you center it for a 42 yard FG on 3rd down? Why not run a play on 2nd and get a few yards, then on 3rd center it to make it a more managable kick? I mean how often do you really see a bad snap on 3rd down, and a rekick on 4th from 7 yards farther?
  5. does the big 10 coach special teams? blocked punt for TD for FLA, kick return TD for FLA, punt return TD for GA, missed extra pt returned for 2 pt conv for GA, missed FGs etc
  6. QUOTE (jasonxctf @ Dec 31, 2011 -> 10:50 PM) So as of now, I'm guessing this is the 2012 lineup? 1. DeAza-LF 2. Ramirez-SS 3. Konerko-1B 4. Dunn-DH 5. Viciedo-RF 6. Rios-CF 7. AJP-C 8. Beckham-2B 9. Morel-3B I agree... And that lineup sucks. I suppose there is potential, especially with an improvement expected from alot of players (Dunn, rios, beckham, morel), but I have doubt about pretty much every player in that lineup outside Pk and alexei
  7. no brees talk? kinda surprising since this was one of the better records in football. but i take it soxtalk nation is smart enough to realize that its a completely different NFL now than it was when Marino played. After all, Brady is almost certain to top Marino next week, with Rodgers, Eli and stafford having a shot too (albeit with monster games)
  8. oh god i thought for sure that was going to be grounding, and somehow williams actually makes the play....
  9. 56 seconds and this is doable for denver.....21 and its not ...moron marion barber
  10. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Dec 11, 2011 -> 07:52 PM) Bears could leave Denver :30 on the clock if they don't convert. and hopefully with 50+ to get into FG range....without a TO to get the kicker on the field
  11. bears dominated all day playing cover 1 man underneath with 8 in the box....last drive exclusively 2 deep and they get burned with 0 pressure from the front four
  12. the refs miss one of the most obviuos holds on henry melton ive ever seen
  13. stupid TO....honestly whats the difference between 1st and 25 and 1st and 30 here?? would way rather have the TO than the 5 yards
  14. eventually on 1st down here for the bears there should be a play action pass deep down the field....maybe if they pick up this 2nd and 2, id consider taking a shot
  15. i remember when we were talking about carimi taking a back seat to louis even when healthy.....
  16. bears just doing all the dumb things that dont help your young QB....false starts, dropped passes, poor field position due to penalties on ST...Cutler and Fortes play was masking an awful lot of mistakes this team had been making
  17. bears offense can't keep the D off the field, and s***ty roughing calls extending drives in the high altitutde....could be a long second half for the D this guy is the worst throwing qb ive seen since johnathan quinn
