Have to think Eaton's return was going to mean Danks was out anyway, so why not now.

Danks will be back at some point because of the glove, but oh my goodness is he bad with the bat. Sierra out of options so you take a look at him, and just figure Leury could be a CF in a pinch til Eaton is back. It wouldnt be the worst thing in the world to get Leury that experience as well as his future of super-sub seems pretty cemented Sierra is not considered a CF. very minimal use there over the years.

Love Alexei but yep ..put his past production to work in hopes of bettering your future. It makes sense. Being a MLB team is a constant stream of championships not won... have to keep the well of talent fresh
