I'm pretty sure it's on the guys that put the 26 guys on the team, but what do I know.

He has .9 fWAR and a wRC+ of 95. If you move him to 2B or 3B he immediately gets more valuable. I'm not saying he's a star, I'm not even saying he's a solid regular, but he's not a bum and you should be able to get more than just a guy that is like a player creator reliever that doesn't even have a real avatar.

he's a decent starting player. you should be able to get more than just a reliever for that. Even like an 18 year old position player would be better.

He's young but a "stress reaction" in a major bone is never good. It's obviously a serious injury if they are talking about many months of rest. This sucks.

I'm conjecturing. Thing is, Getz should have just said nothing rather than trying to justify the objectively poor outcome as a communications breakdown during an "ah shucks" routine. Like who gives a s%*# if he's a good gm, but when he's not, and he's saying dumb s%*# publicly that should stay in the club house, f*** this guy man. I'm not going to give him any quarter from here on out and I was patient compared to some here.
