  9. There are certain injuries you can play through. Including core injuries. That's fairly obviously what he's battling. As I've said I dunno half a dozen times now a sports hernia offseason surgery is quite possible.

Thanks, I have only recently learned (well within last year) how important the ankle range of motion and strength is to preventing the entire host of chain injuries further up the ladder, including knee and hip issues. Since I learned I've been doing a lot of ankle strengthening work in my training. You the man, man.
  13. You'd know more than anybody here, do you think a guy that has ruptured his achilles twice has any chance of avoiding kinetic chain problems going forward?
