  1. While I don't disagree with this (except that it's not fact and simply a statement used to make a point).. there are also a lot of skanks and whores that don't have tattoos. Use some common sense when you post would ya..? Please don't point out the obvious. "There are sluts that don't have tattoos", "There are girls with tattoos that aren't sluts" -- it's really a waste of time to point out the fact that there are exceptions to every rule.
  2. The White Sox haven't won since the early 1900's. To each his own. The Sox were good in 2000. That's not exactly the early 1900's. I never said anything about "winning" (championships, I presume you're talking about) -- I said "been good".
  3. I attribute your ignorance to you having been dropped on your head, since you've been asked for other explanations in other threads. Hopefully one day you will not be a prejudiced, arrogant s***head. Resorting to name calling. More sad tactics. And more signs of ignorance.
  4. Surely you're not this big of a monkey? The site is partnered with the radio station in some way and out of courtesy offers a post for upcomming shows, again and for the last time if you don't care for it don't bother. Why would they waste their time with Chicago hockey? The 'Hawks haven't been good since the early 90's.
  5. :fyou You're a tool. I'll attribute your ignorance to youth. Hopefully one day you will grow up.
  6. Go lick a baboons sweaty doody hole. This is stuck by moderators for a reason, if you don't like it don't read, respond or listen who gives a s***. Oh? The moderators put these off-topic posts at the top of the White Sox section of this message board eh? Hypocrites as moderators? Surely you jest.
  7. Engage in activities with girls the caliber of Christina and Britney, and your shlong will get gang green and fall off.
  8. Interesting...maybe I'm the only one. If so, may the STD gods have mercy on your weiners.
  9. Not only does hockey suck, the Blackhawks suck especially. And yes, get this crap to the off-topic board. Moderators, are you paying attention???
  10. I know several that would. They are all over the age of 35 and fear STD's However, I don't know ANY baseball players in Mark's age group (and even a few nearly a decade from it) that would turn them down. Yes - especially Christina. As if the tattoos weren't bad enough, she's covered with excess piercings. Yet another HUGE red flag for any self-respecting male.
  11. You're right, any heDerosexual guy would want to spend time with them. I stand corrected.
  12. Ugh. I'll hope he was just kidding.
  13. This is relevant to the White Sox...how?
  14. Well, I have to agree. It would seem that as of now, Stewart is the 6th guy for us. If anyone goes down, he would IMO be the first one to be called upon. If Danny isn't ready for some reason (as of now, he appears to be very much on track), or if Esteban struggles at some point, we'll see Josh step in.
  15. Recap, Box score from today's game http://www.sportsline.com/mlb/gamecenter/r...20030325_CHW@KC Miles is playing himself out of Jerry Manual's mind IMO. He's seemingly gone a week without a hit, and his average is down to .281 (it was in the high .300's not too long ago it seems).
  16. If they'd spend their money on pitching rather than on guys like Greg Vaughn, maybe they would win. i dont really think that was there fault he was really good for 2 years and then he just floped with no protection in the lineup. noone saw that coming. Being really good for 2 seasons shouldn't earn you a near $10M per season contract. .272, 50, 119 in 1998 .245, 45, 118 in 1999 Those are good power numbers, but his average is bad, and his strikeout to walk ratio is not good (combined 258 k's, 164 walks). His OBP (.363 and .347) is alright at best Very up and down player throughout his career (in other words, not consistent), and did not deserve the money he got IMO. Bad move by the D'Rays.
  17. LOL, OMG...Pedro, Buehrle, Colon, Garland, Wright.... That will NEVER happen, but it's a nice scenario to think about.

  19. If the Sox are smart, they'll try to sign Colon mid-season. Hopefully we can get off to a 1st place start, and somewhere mid-summer, negotiate a contract with Colon (maybe 4 years, $40M or so), and hope he signs it. Rather than getting into a bidding war in the off-season that we would likely lose. i would not mind that and my dream would be to add one more #1 starter while keeping colon and MB, any good fa pitchers next year besides colon? I would much rather have the Sox put their focus on keeping what we have in tact than go out and add free agents. Sign Colon, sign Buehrle to a long-term deal, and if you want to add another pitcher, trade for him. If all goes well, hopefully in 2004 we WILL have 3 #1's for us -- Colon, Buehrle, and Garland (if he can break through in 2003).

  21. Hmmm..still sucks to blow a 9th inning lead. But, it's just practice, so it's no biggie.
  22. Word of advice...if you plan on going to college solely for the purpose of partying, save your money (or your parents' money) -- it's a waste. Only go to college if you plan on taking it seriously. Otherwise, there is no point in going.
  23. SF: Sacrifice Fly. A sacrifice hit (SH) done with less than two outs, fair or foul, that allows one or more baserunners to tag up and score. Cut and pasted from http://www.baseball-almanac.com/teamstats/.../glossary.shtml
  24. When I clicked on the game last week, it fired up just fine. This week, it's telling me that my Real Player is not being detected. What more can I do? It's not a user error, it's a computer error.
  25. I know that with a groundball, if it's obvious that you're hitting a groundball with the intent of getting the runner to the next base (hence, "sacrificing yourself"), you may not have the AB counted against you (it's the score keeper's call). However, I think it's a bit different with a flyball. Either way, it wouldn't be considered a "sacrifice fly" -- you would get credit for it under "runners advanced", or something similar to that.
