Um, what ever happened with Jeff Nelson? I know he went on the DL and that he'll never pitch for us again, but shouldn't he have been DFA'd or something like that?

Is it actually possible for Garcia to pitch well down the stretch? He's done it recently, and it'd be gigantic if he could keep it going. Nicely managed game by Ozzie.

Did Uribe screw up the DP ball, or did PK just come off the bag? I decided to listen on the radio while in the pool, and Farmer made it sound like it was PK's fault.

Um, hasn't he hit much better than he did with Pittsburgh? But I agree, our bench is pretty stacked.

In no way am I saying that Fisk wasn't great. He was one of the best catchers in the history of the game. I'm just saying that being a White Sox great isn't recognized like being a Red Sox great.

Let's just say this. I don't want Thome batting in the 9th with or without a runner on base in a close (2-3 runs) game. I love having him bat at any other point, though.
