A little bit of NFL news and notes Matt Flynn traded to the Raiders for a 6th round pick. Raiders also signed Tracy Porter to a one year deal Carson Palmer soon to be traded to the Arizona Cardinals Bears have released DT Matt Toaeina and G Nick Peischal. Toaeina was due to make 1.125 million this year and will count as 500k against the 2013 cap.
