This is a direct threat because of something that happened. I just dont agree with your defense here and how it applies to the first amendment

You know, I think it is Milton that burned the Walkers by the way it looked, but at the same time I think they may be setting us up to think it was him. It could have been the guy that has the beef with Tyreese, trying to make Tyreese look bad.

the proximity of the prison and woodbury is not very well explained, although she is walking/running an area that is usually driven back and forth by Rick and the Governors people. But yea, the scene with her running across the field was pretty stupid.
