QUOTE (fathom @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 09:16 PM) Wow, more just awful play calling after the screen pass. You mean trying the screen pass 3 times after it was successful once all in the same series isnt good?

QUOTE (whitesoxbrian @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 08:47 PM) Why not just a Forte run, then a QB sneak, then a Forte run, then another QB sneak when we get inside the opponents' 3 or closer? Christ. I'm not behind the decision Cutler made, but it's not rocket science. All I heard all year is how great Cutler to Olsen will be in the redzone, and Olsen wasn't even f***ing in. I was thinking the same thing, Turner hung Cutler out to dry on that goal line series. Two of the exact same runs and a draw fake to the eligable lineman(Shaffer) that just checked in. The 49ers knew what they were doing on that last play

QUOTE (lostfan @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 08:23 PM) That INT is completely Hester's fault, he fell after Cutler threw the ball. that whole f***ing series was Hesters fault. a false start, hold, and slipped INT

I just saw the pictures of Charla Nash, the lady who had her face chewed off by that crazy chimp last year. Holy. f***ing. s***.

I thought the funniest part of the whole chicken prank was that Rashad didnt get mad. Rampage couldnt figure it out, he didnt understand that they were making fun of his lame pranks.

QUOTE (Markbilliards @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 02:05 PM) WHAT! I didn't know that, you blew the surprise! Blame Dana! He did it!

Mitrione really doesnt seem interested in fighting, Wren was right about him acting the part in the car, he looked really ridiculous. And if I remember right he was acting like this before his first fight, acting like his shoulder or something was bothering him.

QUOTE (Markbilliards @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 12:23 PM) No. But I bet they will hype every episode as if Kimbo's coming back until the very last. No doubt. Although Dana already confirmed he is fighting in the finale

Anyone think Mitrione bails?

QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Nov 12, 2009 -> 09:11 AM) I like that they had (perhaps team issued) Tennessee gear on http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=4647094 How f-ing stupid do you have to be to do something like this while on a full ride to a bigtime SEC school? I will never understand this -

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Nov 11, 2009 -> 03:59 PM) Why are there people out there who get paid to, oh, I don't know, sign Allen Iverson to a team already heavy with guards and ball hogs when simple graphic and Web designers like myself know it's going to blow up in their faces? I'll take half the salary and make way less stupid moves. I dont really fault Memphis for trying. I think they were banking on AI realizing that nobody wants him as a starter anymore, and that 6th man role is there for him to clamp 5 more well paid years to his career. He doesnt believe in that, so it blew up in their face. He is going to retire or accept it. I think its really a shame because he could really be an asset to a playoff team if he could accept it, come off the bench and just destroy a teams second line players. He would still get a lot of minutes, and score plenty, and realistically save himself some of the constant beating he takes. He is a proud man, probably too proud to accept a lesser role. -
what happens if we trade Pauly for pieces but Adrian is traded elsewhere?

QUOTE (lostfan @ Nov 11, 2009 -> 03:08 PM) I remember last year when their writers suggested the Yankees make a move for Danks, for a handful of their average players. lol. Its really the truth, calling them a tabloid mag is an insult to tabloid mags everywhere. They see Cashman and Dombrowski enter a room together during the meetings and all of the sudden Granderson is available. Whatever

QUOTE (Kenny Hates Prospects @ Nov 11, 2009 -> 01:49 PM) Because Clayton Richard keeps secrets, duh. Hudson was the one who f***ed it up when he told a guy who told a guy who told a guy who told Kevin Bacon who told a guy who told Harry from ESPN 1000. why must you invoke the name of Kevin Bacon? That is low man, really low

The officiating all night was horrid. I watched a the third quarter last night, and over 5 straight possessions there were 3 travelling calls and 2 offensive fouls calls, and every single one of them was questionable. It was really bad for both teams, and the end result just had the Bulls on the short end of the stick. -
i dont know how much truth there is to it, but I saw a post on facebook indicating that a worm/virus is hitting iphones and the result is that your screen background is erased and replaced with a picture of Rick Astley

The way Hawk talked all year long, Stone is a fast food junkie. He says at the park Stone is eating all the time. The Taco Bell thing is probably a bit of a joke, a bit of truth.

QUOTE (SoxAce @ Nov 10, 2009 -> 09:48 PM) What an awful call on the "visual evidence" to overturn that one, but that was a very exciting game. Though I must say great defense on Billips Kirk... NOT! yeah one thing you can take away from this is that the Bulls have hung tough against some pretty stiff competition early this year and Denver was no exception. -

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Nov 10, 2009 -> 08:59 AM) There was a series involving the Kings a few years back that was absolutely absurd. The worst part about it was how most of the things that happened were so blatant. The ref watched Kobe Bryant break Bibbys nose/face on the inbounds play, he was literally staring right at the both of them when Kobe gave Bibby the forearm shiver. I felt it before during the series, but right after that moment it was confirmed that the fix was in. -

QUOTE (zenryan @ Nov 9, 2009 -> 11:50 PM) Adidas is only making this an issue because they wanted to get a Jordan wearing their shoe. Im sure thats why they signed the deal 5 years ago, with the grand idea to get Marcus Jordan to eventually wear their shoes. Its business plain and simple. You dont sponsor anything and let that company showcase your direct competitor's brand. -

Marcus Jordan - Adidas Situation

QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Nov 9, 2009 -> 08:29 PM) Really? If UCF was told by Adidas that it was ok and then someone at Adidas overruled that decision, that isn't exactly the school's fault. Has anything ever been said to be official? All I have read is UCF said that the Adidas rep gave the OK and corporate then stepped in and said "dont think so", and Adidas is saying that nobody ever gave the OK and it was recruiting tactics by UCF. I doubt either entity would admit they were wrong -
