Took my kids to see Super Mario Galaxy. It wasn’t great by any means, the first half is basically one cut scene to the next reminding you of games, but they pull together a story to end the movie and some of the cameos are pretty funny and made my kids happy. Next on tap is probably Masters of the Universe and then Spiderman Brave New World, according to my house trailer views

I think my issue is that yet again we are sticking a guy in the outfield and asking him to figure it out. Meidroth isn’t exactly tearing it up right now, and wasn’t GREAT last season. Let the best man play the position that he knows best

I always think this is a league scheduling blame. They can make sure domes and warm weather states host for like the first couple weeks of April and I think the fans would get it. Every year we see the same damn thing when the season starts in Chicago during April

I definitely have a little empathy for Schriffen because he isn’t malicious or mean, but man does he step in it a LOT. So many unforced errors

I don’t feel like PCA is lazy after his deal, but last year even when he was hot in the first half of the season someone here (I think Almagest) pointed out that his bat on ball numbers were declining and Ks were coming up. Then the league adjusted and August and September were a huge slog for him. Right now everything is up to him, he needs to stop swinging head high and getting himself into bad counts.
