QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Oct 8, 2013 -> 02:48 AM) Seems he also hit a double to get into scoring position for Uribe's homer...which would have been a single for about 90% of MLB hitters. So there's that. If he wasn't on second, Uribe wouldn't have failed on two bunt attempts in a row and probably would have struck out trying to tie the game all by himself instead of just making contact to move the runner to 3rd with one out. 8 for 17, 5 runs scored, a double, 2 RBI's and a huge momentum-changing outfield assist. I think most MLB teams would prefer to have him on their side than try to beat him. And the ball the runner on 3rd scored on, the single to CF, would have scored 90% of MLB runners from 2nd base. Where did I say that I wouldn't want him?

QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 10:51 PM) I usually can't stand HHH but his involvement in this angle has been perfect. That being said, the Big Show's involvement is starting to ruin the whole thing, hopefully the blow off to this feud is at HiAC and they don't f*** it up. The whole angle is a complete mess. I think they are trying so hard to throw people off that they don't know where it is going. Initially it looked like it was supposed to build up Bryan and Orton, now Big Show and the Shield are involved, the Rhodes, the Mcmahons. Too much going on

Uh oh, the best centerfielder playing right field in the history of the game just played a double into a triple

QUOTE (Soxfest @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 10:45 PM) What? He is way different, he has power in WWE no wrestler has EVER had. HHH is VKM son in law and someday will run it with Stephanie, he basically runs it now. There is not one aspect HHH does not have his finger in backstage. Yea ok. Again, you obviously missed the Hogan effect in the Monday night wars.
-
QUOTE (Soxfest @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 10:26 PM) Hogan was still a main eventer and leader of the NWO in WCW during MNW. HHH basically wants to be the focus of attention every Raw while wrestling a couple times a year. Time to let the younger guys shine. Apples and oranges. And how about Hogan in TNA? Apples to apples. You don't like trips, that's fine, but stop trying to make him out to be something different than ever other main eventer that wrestled for Vince.

I think the Falcons left too much time on the clock

QUOTE (Soxfest @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 10:04 PM) Hogan was not in management in real life, I agree Hogan was as a full time wrestler. HHH is a part timer at best he wants both worlds all about him all the time. Best HHH match ever was when he lost to Ultimate Warrior at WM in about 3 minutes. Lmao at all of this. Hogan, Nash and Bischoff ran WCW for the entire length of the Monday night wars. He may not have had management in his job description, but he called the shots.
-
QUOTE (Soxfest @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 09:48 PM) So sick of Raw being about HHH at some point about every week. He is the biggest spotlight hog ever. The best stars in wwe history were all spotlights hogs, what do you expect And trips has nothing on Hogan

QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 08:44 PM) Myers had cramping in both legs. Joyce replaces him in RF, Maddon gives up the DH, pitcher spot now fourth in the lineup Eat a damn banana, Wil!
-
Wil Myers just left the game after an awkward swing, looked like a cramp or tweaked knee. And the second base ump just blew a call big time at second in Boston's favor
-
Balfour was a douche. Pretty sure he yelled "what the f*** are you looking at, b****?" At VMart for no reason

I just wish she would stop with the tongue thing. Other than that i simply do not care about her at all. The girl wants to be mostly naked and smoke reefer. Oh well

Apparently Dominic Raioila is quite a piece of s***. He trash talked the University of Wisconsin band during the GB/Detroit game and called them anything from fat MFers to questioning their sexuality and also ripped on one guys deceased mother.
-
QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 02:18 PM) There isn't much a GM can do with your top 3 guys all hurt. That falls under the category of "s*** happens". I know, Im just saying if there is any "bag o tricks" at this point, it will have to be magic out of Emery. I dont know what Trestman could possibly do outside of turning Cutler into Peyton Manning RIGHT NOW

QUOTE (pettie4sox @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 12:56 PM) Elaborate. They need to pick up some competent D lineman. The starting tandem and main back up this season(Paea, Collins, Melton) were all out yesterday, with Paea being the only player that will return this season. Without a strong rush in the front 4, this defense is doomed. Peppers and Wooten cannot do it by themselves. The offense needs to start stronger of course, but they cant be trading points with teams.
-
QUOTE (pettie4sox @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 12:40 PM) Let's see what bag o tricks Trestman pulls out of his ass. this bag o tricks should be coming out of Emerys ass, not Trestmans.

QUOTE (ChiSox_Sonix @ Oct 7, 2013 -> 07:19 AM) I wouldn't be at all surprised if TJ Yates starts at some point, and soon. I read a tweet from I forgot who this morning saying that the Texans management is high on Keenum as well. Schaub can't have much rope left. You could see it in Schaubs face last night. He is swimming hard against quicksand and sinking fast
-
QUOTE (soxfan49 @ Oct 6, 2013 -> 09:14 PM) So after a few run plays that get 0-2 yards against a bad run defense, you totally go away from it? They went to it in the second half right away. Unfortunately the Saints opened up a lead that necessitated the Bears start throwing the ball at the end of the first half, and before that the offense was pretty inept to say the least. I'm not hanging it all on Trestman. He gets a part of it, but not all of it
-
Schaub is just skull f***ed right now. 4 games in a row with a pick 6
-
QUOTE (soxfan49 @ Oct 6, 2013 -> 06:35 PM) That Bears' loss today is on Trestman. NO's D was giving up 5.5 ypc on the year, but he only gave Forte 4 first half carries. At the end of the 1st half, he didn't use a timeout. The Bears actually ended up advancing the ball to the 45-50 yard line. With 30 more seconds, they could've had another 2-3 throws. Weren't Fortes first couple runs stuffed at the line?
-
QUOTE (chw42 @ Oct 6, 2013 -> 04:36 PM) This Denver offense just scores at will. It's almost unfair. Manning is just on another level right now.

So annoyed right now

Brutal drop
