I don't know if this makes anyone feel better, but I talked to a guy at the Cougars game once, (where I worked) he said he had Podsednik live with him when he played with the Cougars (affiliated with the Marlins at that time.) He said the kid was not the most talented player in the world, but worked his a$$ off. That's the only reason he made it to the pro's. If we can get Wright at a cheap price then I have no problem signing him. I'm still concerned about his previous injuries, knowing the Sox luck he'll get hurt before the regular season even starts. I'm still hoping that the Sox sign Clement, even though I can't see them signing two starting pitchers, based on the past. CWSOX45

I agree with you. I still have faith in Willie Harris. Each year his numbers have gone up, so I don't understand why everyone is all down on him. I don't see the point of going out and signing an unproven guy that will cost us money when we're not even close to being a contender for the playoffs. Like I've said in the past, we need another starter before anything, then worry about the lead-off position CWSOX45

Our first priority has to be another quality arm if not an ace for our rotation. Then focus on the lead-off spot. To be honest I'm fine with a Ben Davis/Jamie Burke platoon at least for the moment. This team has a lot of other holes that need to be addressed first. CWSOX45

I'm not sure about Bradley, but from what I heard from an A's scout last summer, I would never ever ever want Jose Guilllen on the White Sox. Sure he's a helluva a player, but from what this scout told me, he's possibly the biggest asshole that's ever existed. CWSOX45

I'm all for Vazquez, even though the Yanks will most likely want to give up Brown first. I think I read somewhere that the Yankees desperately want to get rid of Brown because of his contract. CWSOX45

I'd love to have Clement come here, it could only help strenghten our rotation. The only reason he had a bad record last year was because the Cubs barely scored at all for him. CWSOX45

That would be nice, unfortunately the Yanks aren't brain dead. The Yankees are looking to move the following players: Brown, Vazquez, Posada, and Lofton. If we wanted an outfielder we'd have to settle for Lofton. CWSOX45
