QUOTE(sox-r-us @ Jun 7, 2005 -> 10:50 PM) Twinks will not go anywhere any time soon.....we need to upgrade at 3B or SS at deadline if we are serious to go deep Im thinking KW will get something done when hasent he

20 GAMES OVER!!!!!!!!!!!

QUOTE(robin_ventura_eternal @ Jun 7, 2005 -> 07:36 PM) hes won two games already this year with the swing of a bat, and played what seems like a half dozen positions at least. \ he has lost us one too

If graves coudnt get the job done in cincinatti this year then how is he going to get it done in the Big apple with all the spotlight and stuff.

I would like to see a game from ea sports where you create a player and start in college baseball. Then do good your 4 years there and get drafted then you have to work your way through the minors to ultimatly get into the fake major league baseball with fake teams stadiums and players.

Id take rowand! Pods would be another great choice but id take him if you had to pick someone to run the bases.

If shingo can get back to his 2004 point then we would have an unbelivable pen. Cotts, Pollite, Hermanson, Shingo, Marte. I agree he should be sent down to charlotte to get his controll back.

no way

QUOTE(Milkman delivers @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 10:52 PM) I wonder more why Ozzie didn't pinch run for Konerko in the 8th and then lay a bunt down to get whoever runs into second. You know, produce a run...like smallball. there is no one else to play 1st besides Timo

QUOTE(Jabroni @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 10:43 PM) Dump Cruddy and some prospects for him. If Beane wants to move him and Kenny and Jerry truly want to win this season, they will make the move. Here we go again!

QUOTE(nitetrain8601 @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 12:30 AM) Best thing is, EA Sports got the ESPN licensing, so they'll have the ESPN presentation like in the 2K games. So ESPN Presentation with EA Gameplay. Can't get no better than that. To bad there wont be an mvp 06 with espn presantation. I dont completly understand this thread but is there any chance in the world that there could be an mvp 06?

Nice are team is all about stealing and the rookies cant throw out a runner. Suddenly my thoughts on this series have changed.

QUOTE(SAVVY18 @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 10:07 PM) All I know is that Gespert(The kicker) would be walking back from Colorado. I was also flipping between the games and I saw him miss 2 field goals. One early and one that would have won it in OT. The OT one was unforgivable after the team got the turnover on as Colorado was trying to march in the endzone to score. The next series, Colorado won it. He has been horrible all year and I would have cut his ass immediately after the game was over. Don't even let him in the locker room to shower. Give him a garden hose and some napkins. he did send the game into overtime

QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 10:02 PM) Bonds only hit one homerun in that game off Colon in the 9th. Colon also struck him out the three previous at-bats. I know, as I was there. We lost 2/3 in Arizona and won 2/3 in LA. wow i was alittle off

QUOTE(Sox Hustler @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 10:01 PM) The Sox shouldn't do too bad, I know we go against Kennedy and Kim and I think Francis and they all are having horrible years, it better not change when we stroll in. With that said we shouldn't do too bad. Who isnt having a bad year on the rockies besides Barmes

QUOTE(Dam8610 @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 09:53 PM) How exactly would we play an NL West team in a wildcard? What are you talking about? 2 years ago we played the nl west in wild card remeber Barry Bonds hit 2 homeruns agaist Colon that was at home, but when we played on the road we lost 2/3 agaist the Dodgers and im preety sure we did agaist the Dbacks too and i meant interleague my bad

QUOTE(Dam8610 @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 09:48 PM) Because it's not the AL West and it's the 2nd worst team in baseball. We lost the last time we played the nl west in wildcard.

We never win on the west coast why is this going to be any differnt!

QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 09:36 PM) Well they lost in sudden death overtime. There was a premature expulsion of confetti at the end of regulation. It was hilarious watching the workers with their tiny brooms trying to clean it all up. Colorado should have gotten an unsportsman like conduct penalty since they realeased it to early. Glad to see i wasent the only one flipping the channel beetween the Rush and White sox.

QUOTE(DonkeyKongerko @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 05:36 PM) Garcia and Duke scare me at Coors. they scare me anywhere

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 12:06 PM) What the f*** is up with these trolls lately? Beats me

QUOTE(jerseysox @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 11:55 AM) My bold prediction: If the Sox win today, they will be six games up on the Twins on Tuesday morning. Book it. I dont know the yankees suck

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 11:54 AM) Kevin Walker isn't a rookie he's been in the league for 6 years. He is a rookie in experience he doesnt even have 100innings pitched in his career

QUOTE(Big Hurtin @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 11:51 AM) I agree. I was just wondering if it's even a matter for debate, unless Frank is demanding to be traded. Frank dosent want to be traded he is all big about his legacy here and getting a ring!

QUOTE(jerseysox @ Jun 5, 2005 -> 11:48 AM) "Managing this pitching staff is easy because everyone knows their role, and they know I try to give them the best opportunity to succeed,'' Guillen said. Discuss. Is putting kevin walker a rookie in a 1 run game giving him a chance to succeed
