QUOTE (Carter224 @ Jul 6, 2012 -> 09:36 AM) What? And is anyone else disappointed that there is no mention of the Joker or what happened previously? Such a great movie to just wipe clean for the finale. At least I have heard there wont be any mention. I'm sure there will be a mention of the past, but remember, this movie takes place like a decade after the last one.

QUOTE (Cali @ Jul 6, 2012 -> 09:34 AM) There's no doubt in my mind, down the Road AJ is a coach in the Sox system. There's very little doubt in my mind that AJ will have bigger fish to fry than coaching. He's good at making money in other ventures. I could certainly see him broadcasting, though.

I hadn't heard the Christopher Nolan plans to write and produce a reboot of Batman following this one.

QUOTE (knightni @ Jul 5, 2012 -> 10:49 PM) Meh. I owned a 19 inch tv until last year. That is certainly meh.

QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Jul 5, 2012 -> 10:55 PM) He's running out of options I hear. He still wouldn't have to extend here. He can still be a free agent in one season. The Bulls are still too conservative to risk it. Dwight to the Bulls ended long ago. He'll probably toil in Golden State for a season and wind up signing a free agent deal with some team that annoys me.

QUOTE (Brian @ Jul 5, 2012 -> 06:06 PM) Also 4 successful players from the past returning in some aspect. Something different from actual game, I guess. Zingbot!

QUOTE (knightni @ Jul 5, 2012 -> 09:39 PM) I'm not buying bluray until they eliminate dvd. Why, it's 10x better quality? I'm watching "The Prestige" for the second night in a row. I really forgot how great this movie was and probably didn't appreciate it in 2006. It's so f***ing brilliant. Christopher Nolan is a genius. I will be sad when he's done with Batman (t-minus 15 days), but I am also excited for him having even more time. The f***er put out "Inception" between Batman projects. MORE MORE MORE

QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Jul 5, 2012 -> 10:13 PM) Sure it accomplishes something, it doesn't give you a f***ing turnstyle on the blue line. He's Campbell defensively with not even close to his skill offensively. Yet he still managed to get the puck out of the defensive zone and start enough breaks to be a difference maker while not making a damn near max contract. -

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Jul 5, 2012 -> 10:24 PM) I've yet to see you present your master plan on how to make the Hawks a Stanley Cup winner. Or how to use the word "have" instead of "of"... The Blackhawks made their bid to each of the top two free agents, there's nothing to complain about there. Also, this team played great with Oduya, sure he stunk against the Coyotes, but so did the rest of the roster. I'm glad to have him back. I'm not a Bowman fan, but he tried to make a splash and special circumstances made the Wild of all teams the landing spot for both these guys. It's not like we lost them to Detroit or Pittsburgh. It was different. Slav has an even head in this discussion. -

QUOTE (StrangeSox @ Jul 5, 2012 -> 03:37 PM) So how much was your 1000" screen and 15000W sound system? You could have just gone with "couldn't spring for the bluray?" Heh.

CSNCHICAGO/CHICAGO SUN-TIMES: The Blackhawks could look to Bouwmeester, but aren’t expected to get into the bidding for Nash or Ryan. They are rumored shopping defenseman Niklas Hjalmarsson. They could also look toward free agency, where Semin and Doan are available, though there could be plenty of competition for their services. http://spectorshockey.net/blog/fallout-fro...gs-july-5-2012/ -

He's good, he's honest, he's leading us to the playoffs. Book it.

QUOTE (Jenksismyb**** @ Jul 5, 2012 -> 09:17 AM) Oh please. Tell me how many wins Nash is really worth. 5? 8? They're still behind the Thunder. Nash put up historic numbers when the 2nd best player on the roster was f***ing Marcin Gortat. The Lakers held a parade when the acquired Ramon f***ing Sessions. Nash is going to take the Lakers to another level, and also take a lot of the ballhandling pressure off of Kobe.

QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jul 2, 2012 -> 05:07 PM) Cillian Murphy now confirmed to be in the movie. 15 days. 15 f***ing days.

QUOTE (danman31 @ Jul 3, 2012 -> 04:48 PM) Sounds like a bunch of lawsuits waiting to happen. You'd have to think tons of people get hurt during this. Not to mention, these buildings will have to be rehabbed to some extent to avoid injuries just from being all hyped up on adrenaline in a run-down building. There's practically no way this gets support from the city. That's what I would post. I would imagine folks would sign waivers, but it doesn't seem practical.

I plan on having an at-home viewing of BB and TDK on bluray prior to seeing TDKR, but I won't pay good money to sit on my ass for 9 consecutive hours, the first 6 being movies I have the ability to watch at home on separate dates and that I've already seen twice in the theaters each. Also, The Prestige was on last night, and I hadn't seen that since the theaters. That's such a great movie and I love Christopher Nolan.
