Winter/Spring 2009-10 TV thread
QUOTE (Milkman delivers @ May 20, 2010 -> 08:36 AM) Wow, I never noticed that her jugs were that big. Seeing as your moniker is "Milkman Delivers", I find your lack of understanding of the female body and what happens when a woman breast feeds to be rather comical.

Video Game Catch-All Thread
I wish I had like 10 hours tonight just to play this game. I haven't been able to sit and just play due to real life, but last night I got in a good hour, and it was neat that some dude approached be because his brother was being hanged. I shot that f*** free and blew a bunch of turd's heads off for doing it. Lord only knows if he deserved to be hanged, but I helped him anyway. I kinda feel like being a baddie, but I haven't decided yet, right now I'm a good guy.

I do think the Wizards have to take Wall and I guess Arenas will be SG (though Arenas/Turner looks pretty good as well). That should be a good 1-2. I wouldn’t be shocked if they traded away #1 if it allows them to also package Arenas and bring some young talent and future picks back to Washington. Could a trade to New Jersey make sense? Harris/#3 pick/ Terrance Williams & a future 1st Arenas/#1 pick Wall The Nets take Wall and go into next year with a mighty good young core & enough cap room to sign a max free agent + some. An upgrade at PF? ? ? Bosh/Amare/Boozer?? Or they settle to keep the 3rd pick and gamble on free agents wanting to come to NJ and thus Brooklyn in the future. Wall/Quinn Arenas/ CDR Bosh?Amare?Boozer?/Yi Jianlian Lopez The Wizards get rid of Arenas which has to be one of the primary goals. They get a solid PG in Harris, a potential future defensive stud in Williams, the #3 pick which they use on Derrick Favors or Cousins (whichever they are higher on) and a future 1st unprotected pick. Sure they pass up on Wall who is going to be a very good pro but they get solid players in return, a great young big man prospect in either Favors or Cousins, cap flexibility and a future unprotected 1st round pick (as well as Gilbert off the roster). They pick up their option on Josh Howard and then use his expiring $11M later in the year as trade bait to a contending team or a team trying to clear cap for next year in order to further improve their team. Then they hand the SF position over to Thornton. I’m pretty high on Favors and think with the right coaching Cousins could be a very good center so if NJ is willing to take Arenas I think they’ll pull the trigger. Harris Williams/Young Howard/Thornton Favors Blatche/McGee Or Harris Williams/Young Howard/Thornton Blatche Cousins/McGee

Teams like the Lakers and others will have some nice packages to offer for the #1 if they are interested in Wall. Good thing for the Bulls is that they have the PG spot figured out. Do you think either Paul or Collison will be traded? The big winners of the draft were the 76ers. They get the #2 pick which will be huge for them. They get to add Evan Turner as their SG of the future. He’ll be huge for them and will really help open the offense up for A.I.2 & Young. But eventually the Sixers will need to decide if they are keeping A.I.2 or Young and package the odd man out for something else. Holiday/Williams Turner/Green A.I.2/Young Brand/Speights Dalembert/Brand The Sixers have are in a situation where they have a nice problem. Too much talent at multiple positions. They’ll have to decide who they want to keep in Holiday/Williams & A.I.2/Young and whether Speights can be a legit starting PF. But they should be able to find plenty of trade partners and even with no trades they’ll be an improved team next year with the addition of Turner and if they have less injuries.

HanRam in a bit of Controversy
QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 18, 2010 -> 05:57 PM) I wouldn't care if Hanley dissed my mom. He's welcome in Chicago anytime. J4L, I love it when you analyze. You're God damn right. He could kick me in the balls and I'd still pick him up from the airport.

It scares me how much a John Wall for Andrew Bynum + pick deal makes sense.

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 17, 2010 -> 03:33 AM) Probably most excited for Inception. Leo Decaprio + Christopher Nolan has to be awesome. And it looks like it'll be an amazing cinematic experience with stunning visuals. Yeap, I've had this on my radar for about a year now, and am extremely excited for it.

RDR honestly is a revolution in video gaming. As great as the GTA series is, RDR makes me not want to go off killing random guys because of the integrity meter or whatever. I too lost a sweet ass horse who'd been broken in nice and gained tons of endurance. Great game.

HAWKS WIN! HAWKS WIN THE STANLEY CUP!!

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ May 18, 2010 -> 11:29 PM) You couldn't be more wrong really. Sure, he isn't lighting it up with goals, but he's played very well. Ace is new to hockey fandom, so I didn't want to rip into him. An assist and four hits and countless other started opportunities does not equal awful.

HAWKS WIN! HAWKS WIN THE STANLEY CUP!!
QUOTE (Tony82087 @ May 18, 2010 -> 05:39 PM) Except if the Hawks win the Cup, Niemi isn't going to be able to be "locked up on the cheap" He is a RFA. With a Stanley Cup on his resume, he could presumably make 3.5-4.5 a season. Which is half the amount that we've been signing goaltenders for over the last 5 seasons...

HAWKS WIN! HAWKS WIN THE STANLEY CUP!!
This is such backwards thinking. The Blackhawks have sunk so much money into goaltending without finding the answer of late (see khabibulin/huet). Last year we had 12 mill in JUST GOALTENDERS. You have the possibility of paying someone to take Huet (draft picks/prospects) and having Niemi locked up on the cheap. Niemi seems like a fine goaltender for now, and if he keeps it up there'd be zero reason to trade him.

HAWKS WIN! HAWKS WIN THE STANLEY CUP!!
QUOTE (RockRaines @ May 18, 2010 -> 01:16 PM) not gonna lie, im shopping Niemi this offseason if I'm the Hawks. That's foolish. A cheap goaltender who has played better than anything we can find and you want to shop him?

What a disaster this rotating DH NL lineup idea is...
The rain tried to stop Ozzie from doing it, but he is still throwing Omar out there in the two hole for another game.

QUOTE (DBAHO @ May 18, 2010 -> 08:40 AM) Baron basically only plays hard when he's on a winning team. Talent wise, he's better than Mo Williams without a doubt. I think Lebron would be able to pull him into line and get him to play at his best if he went there. Dude's 32 next year and has a history of injury problems. You don't sign somewhere thinking "oh yeah, I get to play with that dinosaur for a couple seasons before he retires!"

Nuts
QUOTE (SouthsideDon48 @ May 17, 2010 -> 04:23 PM) For some reason, I don't like roasted nuts. I also especially hate that some nuts are honey-roasted, I find that nasty. Also, I don't like almonds or walnuts, but I do like them in other stuff, like in candy bars such as Snickers. What I do like are: *raw salted cashews. *raw salted peanuts in shell or out of shell. *raw salted redskin spanish peanuts. *raw pistachios, usually salted. *ugly women Updated your list for you.
