Oddly enough, if there's one spot the Sox can afford an injury it's to the middle infield. Hopefully Alexei didn't break the tip of his finger, but it looks that way. I'd guess he might be gone up to a month if that's the case. I really think we can weather the storm by moving Slayer up to the 2-spot.

Overall, the Hawks have already had the best off-season of any team. Now they need to work on Huet's glove-side and we'll be alright!
