The sad thing about this is it's just what Mariotti wants. Now he gets more attention and gets to play this for all it's worth. I wish everyone would just ignore him and he could just disappear for lack of interest.

Wasn't it just a couple of weeks ago that people were screaming that Ozuna should never, ever play LF again? Pods is in a slump. He will break out of it.

That's a great question, because after the Sox won it all, I thought I would care a lot less this year...even not watch baseball that much. But, that hasn't been the case at all. I'm still checking the scores all the time, watching when they're on 'GN and getting pissed as hell at losses like last night. I thought it would be different. One thing, though, slumps like we had been in recently are a little easier to swallow, because at least we finally have the World Championship that had eluded us for so long.
