Gotcha. If others didn't see it on different angles, you'd think he got him.

You aren't old, until desktops completely go away, I will probably always own one.

Well it's going to be one.

QUOTE (SnB @ Apr 24, 2012 -> 02:10 PM) I'm closing on a house this week w/ a backyard the size of a football field. I'm pumped about it, but also a little frightened about how much work it might be. Re-painting end zones is a b****, better get that professionally done the first time.

You're down 3, not 8. Bunting's part of the game at this point. Drilling someone for that is bulls***. -
QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 20, 2012 -> 02:18 PM) Let the tinkering talks begin when really the Hawks have run into one of the hottest goalies in the league. LOL, the roster doesn't need tinkering? It's perfect as is? Please, let's not throw our arms up and say "a goalie beat us" and call it a day and get ready for the guaranteed Cup run next year. That's a lazy thought process.

They show USCF in The Cutting Edge, showing it as the ice rink where a competition is being held. You really have to be looking for it to notice.

As we all know I disagree with SoxBadger about EVERYTHING. Because he's wrong on a lot of things... However, without digging into Crean or any of this other stuff, I don't see how Bo Ryan is wrong in this, unless something isn't being reported. The kid wants out for apparently no real good reason/not mistreatment, so yeah, why would you not restrict him somewhat? I mean he's the one who committed there, if it's not the right fit for him and it's his own doing, it wouldn't make sense that he could come play for Illinois or something. How would that be fair to Wisconsin? In theory, coaches can't kick kids off for no good reason and go snag another kid already rostered on another BT team. Why should the reverse be allowed? -
Oduya one on him alone, Leddy an awful decision and then awful execution...but welcome back, Corey Crawford I always knew was there. I knew you'd show. That's 2 straight absolute f***ing horse s*** OT goals. Awesome.

I know there's plenty of stuff online, but I'd rather hear from someone that's had good success - Has anyone fixed a hole in a leather couch? What's the best place to get materials/best method to follow/can you do it by yourself?

QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Apr 17, 2012 -> 08:38 PM) But when will Hossa play? I'm f***ing legitimately sad right now. I love Hossa and we need him. I know. We do. I just meant win now settle it later, all you can do.

Maybe I shouldn't have brought up Torres today... Win the game. He'll get his tomorrow.
-
QUOTE (JoeCoolMan24 @ Apr 17, 2012 -> 05:02 PM) Well, obviously. Torres is a repeat offender and a known s*** head. Andrew Shaw, is not. Terrible example. I named a Phoenix player. That was the point.
-
QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Apr 17, 2012 -> 03:13 PM) Then tell Mike Smith to go f*** off and stop coming out of the crease to check guys, and tell the NHL they owe us a power play and a goal. You need to stick to basketball or something.
-
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 17, 2012 -> 01:58 PM) Darren Dreger @DarrenDreger Mike Smith is uninjured and will play tonight. Had he been hurt...Shaw would have been suspended rest of series. #TSN Depending on length of injury, it's hard to argue with this. Smith out for any significant period of time, even a game or two = series over. One guy getting suspended for the rest of the series hardly makes up for that.
-
QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 17, 2012 -> 01:57 PM) Here is the video: http://bit.ly/HQGGy8. So if Smith had been injured, what would the suspension have been, 7 playoff games? That's like 15-20 regular season games, WTF? Krush, you were right about the fact that it was a goalie mattering so much, Shanahan is making it sound like a QB in the NFL. Yup. I thought he might get some sort of suspension, though there isn't a lot of similar plays to this with a goalie. Goalies are the furthest thing from fair game out of the crease, it's even worse than QBs. Which is fine, if you want to have goalies being able to be hit, go play a video game. The onus is on the player, plain and simple. And Shaw caused the contact, shoulder to head, there's zero denying that. Shoulder to goalie's head behind the net = not good. All of the "acting", injury concerns, etc, could play into it, but when you get down to it, again, a skater running into a goalie, especially his head, is going to get you in trouble. If that happened to Crawford, I'd hope he would act like he got shot, too, and try to parlay it into something worse. I can't blame Smith just because he's wearing a Coyote logo. Is 3 games fair? I don't know, I thought he'd get 1-2. . And yeah Phoenix can f*** off for playing games, they are just being stupid on top of it. But that doesn't matter all that much to me. But, looking at it objectively, if this happened to Crawford, people would be going nuts calling for a series suspension for say, Torres, for making initial contact with the head behind the net.

Interesting. There have been 15 or so total. In the night sky they are damn stealth
