Thanks to everyone here for making this entire season that much more enjoyable. I'm glad everyone here got to live through this, especially those that are much older than me. This is something that NO ONE can EVER take away from us. It's ours to live in for the rest of our lives. Enjoy every moment of this. You all deserve it.

My apartment is a f***ing mess right now and i'm not gonna clean it for at least a week, it's f***ing epic. My right ankle is the size of an apple, but oh well. There was definitely a RALLY CREDE chant started by someone we don't know on the alma mater. We were all awe struck. Wow what a night. Dickey not only were there 12 bottles of champagne but we dumped out almost 48 cans of beer on ourselves Also...the whole grinder ball rule #162 i think it was...something about no crying unless there is champagne in your eyes...i had a ton of it in my eyes tonight and it was glorious even though it hurt like hell.

My apartment with Snb, AddisonStSox, Illinilaw08 and a few others. I just got done covering all the walls and floors with plastic covering, MLB locker room style. This is by far the coolest thing i've ever done.

I just bought some cheapass champagne to spray all over the apartment and somewhat drink, and i bought a case of milwaukee's best because it was on sale (also for spraying) and a case of miller lite for drinking...and possibly more spraying. There's gonna be like 6-7 of us here, should be sweet.

I think this thread needs a bump.

SnB and I were in the same spot in my apartment minus a few bathroom breaks and trips to my balcony to cool down. By the end of that game we were mentally and emotionally exhausted. SnB was even a bit delirious. I think at one point i told him that i could stay up for a week straight if that's how long the game went. It was unreal. My next door neighbors must think we're absolutely crazy with all the screaming and yelling, especially after Blum's home run. I tackled SnB onto the futon by jumping on him, nearly broke him in half.

Damn if you had a car i would say come up here, it's gonna be a celebration for the ages.

Going to home depot tomorrow and buying tarps to cover my apartment. Then i'm going to the liquor store to get a bunch of champagne and ice. Then watching the game with SnB and illinilaw08 and maybe others and waiting to have the best celebration ever. Gotta go all out.
