Uribe is a relative bargain. The Sox have him locked up through next year at under four million dollars, and might even have an option through '08. When his defense starts to decline, then we can start talking about Uribe's replacement. I agree, we should find some way to write in some sort of bonus if he draws so many walks, because he's not bad at the plate otherwise.

Pablo Ozuna is the answer. he's clutch, and would be great batting 2nd (could bunt Pods to 3rd, being the great bunter he is). Then we could move Iguchi down in the order, and it will cost us nothing.

I'd love to see this, my favorite College player ever on my favorite team, although I wish someone would give him a shot at QB. That would be fun to watch. He'd be like Mike Vick, 'without the whole needing his mama on sunday night football' thing.

It's a Bears town.This 2005 title, the 6 Bulls titles, and the Cubs um... yea..., were not as big as the 85 Bears. But in terms of establishing fans, the 1 title is needed, but now, 4 playoff apperances and 0 titles would be better than 1 title and no other playoff appereances.

All of the sportsmen of the year type awards piss me off personally. It's about giving a trophy to some guy who is unwilling to speak his mind and sucks up to everyone in sight. And as for the whole 'hero' thing, I have multiple veterans in my family, and an uncle who won a silver star. So it pisses me off, but maybe it's just me, because apparently it dosen't seem to phase anyone at ESPN
