QUOTE (ron883 @ Jul 2, 2016 -> 05:41 PM) Are you embarrassed that trump is the candidate leading your party? Maybe read the rules of which threads to post in

QUOTE (Brian @ Jul 1, 2016 -> 12:13 PM) Is that up? I saw commercials for it. Ya. I watched the first episode and it is exactly like Hard Knocks.
-
For anyone who likes Hard Knocks, Amazon has a similar show on Prime video called All or Nothing that follows the Arizona Cardinals entire 2015 season. Ill probably check it out this weekend and report back.

QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Jun 24, 2016 -> 12:27 PM) For the life of me I cannot figure out where I enter or redeem a code. I selected an event that is eligible but there doesn't seem to be a place to enter the code. Can anyone help? EDIT: Found it way on the bottom of the billing page. Did it work for you? I tried using my voucher codes on 2 pairs of general admission tix to shows in Tinley Park and after I put in the voucher code it took like 4 tries to get the page to load and it said there was an error. I have a feeling these are gonna be essentially useless. -
I had completely forgotten about Anthony Bennett and just went to look him up and saw after he was traded to the Wolves he ended up getting waived and was eventually sent to Torontos d league team. From 1st overall pick to barely sticking to a d league team in 3 seasons seems difficult to do.

This is up there with the Bears finally firing Jerry Angelo and Bill Wirtz dying for me as a fan. Im sure the Bulls are gonna be a dumpster fire for a while but I just didnt want to root for them while Rose was on the team.

QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Jun 21, 2016 -> 11:24 AM) Such BS. Ticketmaster sells more things than concerts. How about plays or things like Disney on ice? It has something to do with Live Nation shows or venues. Not sure why but it seems like thats the criteria. -

My free ticket codes were gone but are back now, along with the list of concerts. Of course the Weezer concert I bought tickets for last night is on the list... -
QUOTE (JUSTgottaBELIEVE @ Jun 20, 2016 -> 06:07 PM) I guess for this series they were but it's hard for me to think of the Cavs as underdogs when their top 2 players were drafted first overall and enormously hyped starting in middle/high school and their third best player was taken fifth overall. Meanwhile, GS top three were questioned and relative unknowns throughout much of their amateur careers. Even though Thompson and Curry were drafted in the first round most evaluators placed huge question marks on them leading up to the draft and doubted their ability to be difference makers at the next level. Few felt Green would even make an NBA roster. Maybe GS let some of their success get to their heads (hard not to with that much success the past 2 years) but those guys have been "underdogs" for most of their playing careers unlike Lebron/Irving/Love. None of that has anything to do with it. The Warriors were favored to win the series. The only thing this post was missing was "and the warriors were forced to play without former first overall pick Andrew Bogut"

Watched both seasons of How to get away with murder. I really liked the premise and the beginning of the first season but holy hell that show went off the rails in the 2nd season.

I was in the camp of really disliking LeBron after the decision and tbh his flopping has always been pathetic to me (however after watching GS whine all series you realize even more how much apart of the game it is now) but I found myself really rooting for LeBron to win this year. You have to appreciate watching someone deliver on a promise to bring the first championship to their home city in 50+ years. Add on top of that they were underdogs and left for dead down 3-1 and had to win 3 consecutive games, including 2 in GS against a team who only lost 9 games all season. My one gripe about the finals were that every game besides game 7 was a blowout.

Golden State came back from 3-1 last series

So if the Warriors end up losing they would have lost the same amount of games in the playoffs as they did the entire season.
-
Dellavedova looks like the kind of guy youd see at an open gym that takes the games way too seriously
-
No matter who wins game 7 LeBron has to be the MVP of this series.
-
Draymond Green must be the dumbest guy in the NBA
-
Curry looks like a real asshole this game

Holy LeBron

Nobody here is defending Donald Trump though. I only know of one person on here who said they were voting for Trump he did a good enough job explaining why and has seemingly stopped discussing it. Other than that it seems like pretty much every other poster on here who has identified as a republican in the past has said they dislike Trump and wont vote for him. So why are people so quick to think that saying "Ya but look what Trump does" means anything in this discussion. Nobody is trying to say the things that Trump says arent vile but a lot of the democrats on this site try to justify things that Obama or Hillary say by saying its not as bad as Trump. We know that. I dont see people arguing over the hoards of negative Trump stuff on the board because almost everyone here agrees. So criticizing Hillary or Obama doesnt mean were saying the things they say are as bad as Trump.
