QUOTE(Greg The Bull Luzinski @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 02:33 PM) Zambrano sweats going to the can. "Oh my prostate!"

o man another hit, mark must be tipping pitches again

QUOTE(Kalapse @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 02:20 PM) After the Sox come back and win this game, someone is going to say that Buehrle kept us in the game and gave the team a chance to win. I want that person banned immediately. lol, what if he/she said that mark blew it for us but made our offense look really good in the process?

JAUN!!!

QUOTE(jphat007 @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 02:16 PM) He is awesome, and I'm not trying to sell him short at all, but one reason that he hasn't beaten anybody is because he hasn't pitched to one team in the AL central or AL East yet. In other words, he's pitched against a bunch of really awful offenses. The Twins haven't played anybody good in awhile in general. Just an FYI. neither has anyone in the AL central

for some reason even though were down by 5, it doesn't look that bad to me man are we spoiled
-
during the allstar break coop should keep all the pitchers at the cell and make them become good again
-
it would be hilarious if mark pitches a complete game like this

QUOTE(Jordan4life_2006 @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 01:57 PM) I was just talkin' about this yesterday. We always lay an egg against these bums on Sundays. It's annoying as hell. actually in 2004 we lost the friday game, then kicked ass saturday an sunday

QUOTE(kapkomet @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 01:55 PM) Yea, now we're going to hear from Cubs fans about how good they really are because they can put a 7 spot in the first inning against us. STFU, assholes. You're last. Enough said. the cubs have the same record as the royals now winning a game against us is their version of the world series now

my stance is still this: if he settles down and pitches 5 or 6 scoreless he was tipping pitches if he allows anything else or a lot of hard hit outs, then he just plain sucked nuts today
-
QUOTE(TheHammer @ Jul 2, 2006 -> 01:17 PM) Ozzie should just nominate 5 white sox for the final vote. that would be great
-
if mark was tipping his pitches then it will be fixed and he goes 5 or 6 more scoreless
-
what will be really interesting is how espn reacts to the whitesox snubs

QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 1, 2006 -> 08:43 PM) 9-2. the way things have been going the Tigers will come back
-
I went both nights, I didn't catch that.. still pretty cool though
-
just voted for gooch, dye and mauer 25 times
-
I'm a little concerned, but its too early to be worried
-
heres what I think 1. Don't worry about the Tigers, they are legit so its up to us to show were better instead of waiting around for them to lose 2. We lost one game. get over it, it was a constructive loss at the very least 3. No one should freak about a loss that isn't in september or october, we have plenty of time to even out the score against bad teams 4. Anyone who says the Tigers will crash and burn because they can't beat good teams is a hypocrite, because thats what they said about us last year
-
3 weak starts in a row (even though now losses yet) I think he's great, but since the Cincinnati game he hasn't been the dominating pitcher that deserves to start an all star game
-
I think our recent bullpen success has led to a better one run game record so far this year our pitching staff still has its issues, but the bullpen has been much better at holding leads as of late, and its starting to show up now I think they key to our success last year was our bullpen. on games such as today where the offense isn't in full gear it was the bullpen that always came through and nailed down 1 run victories that made us so good this year If our trend continues were in good shape

I heard lets go whitesox chants

the only problem I ever had was about six years ago I was only about ten years old, and I couldn't handle my sun-soaked seats for a long period of time, so my dad would take me to the tunnel for a couple of innings so I could recover in the shade. after we had done this for a couple of games the person said we couldn't stand there during innings, and when my dad told them why we were there, they still made us leave note: at the cubs game I know exactly what you mean about those b****y 100 year old women. once my normal seating where in the 3rd row and the cubs were getting killed in the 9nth inning so I moved to the first row and the lady made me go back
