  1. No problemo. Good luck with the rest of the stuff.
  2. Are the shoe cabinets shippable?
  3. QUOTE (Rooftop Shots @ Jun 5, 2008 -> 03:38 PM) I was at that same game.That's the same one when he hit one right of the foul pole into the upper deck tunnel in batting practice. During the same BP he also hit one that bounced off the concourse and out onto the ComEd generators below the RF wall.
  4. QUOTE (spiderman @ Jun 4, 2008 -> 05:33 PM) I think I know the answer, but does Stadium Club Seating allow you access to the air conditioned hallways during games? Any other benefit's to those seats beside the good view? Thanks! If by hallways you mean hallways like those on the club level, the Stadium Club does not have hallways. Also, they are not sold seats. You must have a seat ticket in addition to a pass/membership card to dine or drink up there.
  5. QUOTE (EvilJester99 @ Jun 4, 2008 -> 09:55 AM) Maybe he goes to the pen?? Long relief would be my guess. Regardless, it never hurts to have some insurance. And at the league minimum is a plus.
  6. QUOTE (kyyle23 @ Jun 4, 2008 -> 09:52 AM) I didnt even realize he was a FA LA just released him.
  7. Just signed to a 1 year deal. Can he catch lightening in a bottle twice...
  8. The Westin Copley Place. And at a cool $300ish a night it's a steal. Realistically, there are several other hotels within walking distance (less than a block to several) that would be more pleasing to the pocket book for just a place to lay your head. IIRC there is a Holiday Inn on Exeter St which is just around the corner.
  9. QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ May 29, 2008 -> 10:27 AM) I wouldn't hit a woman unless it's like Nicole Bass. I would just take a little bit of a beating and try to block what I could So like you said, you wouldn't hit a woman.
  10. QUOTE (BigEdWalsh @ May 19, 2008 -> 04:33 PM) I wish I could be there. As an older Sox fan, I saw Fisk play many times and even saw him hit a rooftop shot. He was one of my all-time favorites. When I used to work security at Grand Geneva Resort, Fisk was there for a sports celebrity golf tournament. I worked the third shift and one night I was doing my foot patrol walking hallways and Carlton Fisk was walking down the hallway toward me. I'm thinking' "Oh my God! It's Carlton Fisk!!". As we passed he smiled and said "Hi.", which is something that I should have done first but was too flustered to. I managed to say "hi" back though and continued my patrol. It was neat. He's there every year. If your close by, you should try to make it to the Sunday shootout. It's open to the public to watch them come in and all of the "celebs" usually take time to sign auto's for a half hour or so before the awards dinner starts.
  11. QUOTE (RibbieRubarb @ May 20, 2008 -> 04:12 AM) Why not...you bringin your kinfolk? I reken..
  12. Congrats!!! Invest in a wee wee cover.
  13. QUOTE (RibbieRubarb @ May 9, 2008 -> 04:19 AM) I'm in...either date. Will mama plush and the baby plushies come also?
  14. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ May 2, 2008 -> 04:46 PM) Haha, Did you see the drunk thread where I mentioned I woke up on Sunday morning with dollar bills in my pants (apparently I did a stripper dance at the bar for some girls). No I didn't, but I can sure believe it. Maybe you were sending me video of the dancing...
  15. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Apr 22, 2008 -> 09:51 AM) Thanks for the Bday wishes everyone. I'm going to have a sober night tonight (lousy 12 hour work day in front of me), but I will be absolutely ripped this weekend. Hopefully I'm not posting in the drunk thread though, well at least not until the next morning. From what I got on this end... mission accomplished.
  16. QUOTE (rangercal @ Apr 24, 2008 -> 09:52 AM) city water No. It's a Hinkley Springs thingey but it's mounted to the wall.
  17. QUOTE (LVSoxFan @ Apr 24, 2008 -> 08:20 AM) What are they using bottled water for anyway? Can't they get a drinking fountain? They have one. It's at the entrance/exit to the clubhouse.
  18. QUOTE (bkmoney @ Apr 22, 2008 -> 12:23 AM) how does it work? asking because I'm looking at todays games and noticed every NL team played monday but only 4 AL teams played. coincidence? seems weird to me http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20...sp&c_id=mlb
  19. QUOTE (greasywheels121 @ Apr 21, 2008 -> 03:15 PM) Good to have you back. Thanks greasy. Good to be back, though I don't have much free time anymore. :smileyfeedinganothersmileyababybottle
  20. QUOTE (Chisoxfn @ Apr 21, 2008 -> 03:09 PM) I was going to guess Royce "The Choice" Clayton That mess was long over when Royce went for the sloppy seconds. Besides, I took care of heckling him.
  21. QUOTE (NUKE @ Apr 21, 2008 -> 08:25 AM) If you count number of times whining about money in the media or if you could somehow quantify causing problems in the clubhouse he'd be right on top of the heap. How's things in Toronto going? Oh wait........... Frank did love to b**** about how he did NOT go elsewhere for more $$ and stayed with the Sox out of loyalty and love of the management. Damn him. As for clubhouse problems... I'm still waiting on an actual quote to validate that one. It seems every time a FT thread pops up someone posts about how horrible he was in the clubhouse yet it's never confirmed. You'd think for what a s*** he is supposed to have been there would be some shred of evidence.
  22. Kenny. Time and time and time again. Kenny just couldn't handle the fact that Frank got JR's undivided attention over him.
  23. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 21, 2008 -> 01:33 PM) Kids have made you cryptic. Naa. Before the seed was even planted he deserved an Oscar.
  24. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Apr 21, 2008 -> 01:16 PM) Ha, out of everyone on the team, I would say Paulie takes failure the hardest. Out of everyone on the team, I would say Paulie is the best actor.
