I don't think Sweeney or Fields have a shot at making the roster opening day. Neither is fully developed, and Sweeney still needs to work on his power, while Fields needs to improve his plate discipline. As for Owens, I always thought that he would have to have an amazing ST while Anderson completely sucked, and it doesn't look like thats happening. I wouldn't say Gload and Borchard are locks, but I think they are pretty damn close.

Just because they barely won this game and some others recently doesn't mean they are going to get knocked off quickly. Duke has lost 2 in a row, are they going to lose in the first two rounds?
