  1. QUOTE (Thunderbolt @ Jul 7, 2009 -> 09:40 PM) D-Backs think Brandon Allen is 2010 ready. http://twitter.com/SI_JonHeyman/status/2524547374 If that's the case, then the move was terrible for the Sox. But somehow I doubt that will pan out. The Sox have done a great job of scouting their own talent in recent years. There is no reason to think, as of right now, that this was a mistake.
  2. According to the Score, NHLPA will be filing a grievance against the Hawks.
  3. QUOTE (sam785 @ Jul 4, 2009 -> 12:46 AM) Last I heard, the game was tied at 8 in the 14th top of 16. tied at 8.
  4. I didn't see this anywhere, but I enjoyed it. FoxSports

    Pie...um...

    God I miss Baker's Square. But we have a place out here that makes the best apple pie I've ever eaten. Also, blueberry pie in Maine with fresh Maine blueberries is really good.
  6. Nix with a real nice play right there. What new.
  7. QUOTE (chw42 @ Jun 26, 2009 -> 03:45 PM) Murph is getting old anyhow. He's probably glad he doesn't have to work everyday. I bet not, if for no other reason than spite for Boers.
  8. Len says Soto is playing more relaxed after saying he tested positive for weed.
  9. QUOTE (GreatScott82 @ Jun 19, 2009 -> 06:17 AM) I really doubt Anderson will be our everyday CF next year. If anything he will continue to be our 4th OF. I truly believe Jordan Danks patrols CF next season (have to remember we are slowly getting younger and younger). Quentin could definitley move to RF and platoon DH with Dye next season, but he could also stay in LF and the Sox could aqcuire an established OF like Crawford to patrol RF. The CQ to right idea might hit a snag because of his foot.
  10. Nice play by ARam there. Keeps the guy at 2nd. 2 out.
  11. This has disaster written all over it.
  12. QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 18, 2009 -> 04:34 PM) Were the homers cheap or crushed? Oh, and it's a good thing we completely wasted Thome in the 8th. Ozzie's addiction to R/R and L/L match-ups is killing us today. Lee's was in the basket. Soto's was harder. The pitches were BP fastballs.
  13. QUOTE (joesaiditstrue @ Jun 17, 2009 -> 10:07 PM) household incomes, looks fine to me ah...i was thinking individual.
  14. Can someone explain how the income averages can be that high? something's strange.
