If you check out FG, you will see the McCann is actually rated ahead of Omar in defense, including WAY ahead in arm and accuracy. McCann actually had the 3rd best defensive rating in FG. Omar is the definition of a replacement catcher. Anything he gave you with the stick, he more than gave back behind the plate. Let's not pretend that he is something special by ripping all 50% of the pages of his story.
