  1. yeah, I remember saying it out loud after the first, first round exit after the last cup that the window was closing... but the window is closed. The Hawks are just another team now. It was an amazing decade and all, but it is over.
  2. Strome is the key to all of this. Schmaltz will never be a star player, but is the kind of guy that will put up 10 to 15 years of really solid play. If Strome can get anywhere near his potential, this trade is a steal, the big problem is he is kind of an antique skill player in the modern NHL. Maybe skating with more skilled players in Chicago will pick him up? I guess we will see.

  4. Nelson Cruz is someone I have absolutely zero interest in, unless it facilitates us getting a whale.
  5. Keep an eye on the cat. They may well try to escape and go back to the old place.
  6. They ranked Madrigal higher than Kopech? Wow.
  7. I guess this is one of the biggest drinking nights of the year.
  8. Meh. Mendick has zero future with the White Sox. Not sure why someone would pick him, but if they did, it wouldn't be any big loss.
  9. The Sox are absolutely going to add at least one more starting pitcher for the major league roster just from an innings stand point, plus more on the MiLB side which will push Stephens back as well.
  10. And he is behind at least 10 people for that slot as well, probably more as other guys move through the system.
  11. He was the one a lot of people wanted the year we drafted Carson, and were mad that he was gone.
  12. Bingo. It is one thing to get a front line star. Unless we are talking about an actual need for 2019, I don't see why.
  13. Surprised at Stephens and not sure why he wasn't up in September if they viewed him as a piece going forward.
  14. The same posters who are siting statistics that you feel support you, yet weren't supported? Sure, ok. The numbers are there if you want them,as can be seen by the fact I am not the only one quoting them. You don't want them.
  15. Those are in reply to YOUR snide comments seemingly characterizing women in general who complain as being out for personal gain more likely than actual victims, while simultaneously clinging to the completely disproven belief that this is a much more regular occurrence than any statistic known has ever shown. I will also note while you refer to them as "baseless comments" you 100% can't disprove them as every single scientific study proves me right, which is why you keep pushing the burden over so that when I do prove you wrong again, you can just change the narrative again. But as usual you keep circling back to these fallacies in an attempt to get this topic closed, like you do so many others where you are seemingly politically threatened.
