  1. If the big deals aren't there for Luis, I keep him. As long as the offers for Crochet are decent, I move him.
  2. Not a conspiracy. That area is so small and congested, it would have been an easy shot
  3. For the record, after a lifetime of taking in every single thing about the Kennedy assassination over the course of my lifetime, a trip to Dealey Plaza completely changed my mind on everything.
  4. Purely my speculation here, but with Baltimore looking to move some of their in between OFs and LAD needing to move at least Paxton, but really some other roster slots too for some of the injury returnees, there could be the chances for some interesting three way deals to get Robert/Fedde/Crochet deals done with either one of these groups which could see a third team offering in some prospects for the right to get a Mullins or a Paxton, and those prospects getting added to the Sox portion of the deal from either LA or Baltimore.
  5. Rookie team is already ending/ed so there is no where to go that is a realistic level. They aren't going to send them directly to Kannapolis.
  6. Just saw this proposed on MLB network, but something like this is also a great framework for Crochet.
  7. I was under the impression these were mostly older kids (seniors 22/23 years old) without any leverage.
  8. Honestly, I was really hoping they would have him traded by now, but getting top dollar is more important than when, so if this is what it takes, cool.
  9. He obviously is begging to come here. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5648504/2024/07/22/yankees-juan-soto-future-championship-chances/
  10. As with most of this roster, hopefully sooner than later.
  11. I am pretty sure the latter is closer to the plan than the former, but you never know with the White Sox.
  12. If they aren't, the White Sox are in deep, deep, DEEP trouble. Their top position player prospects took steps back this year, or at least didn't take any steps forward. if they aren't trading for these guys, they have nothing on the horizon which is going to cover all of those holes.
  13. Looking at the Braves, unless they are willing to take pitching, they aren't a good match.
  14. This. Somewhere around the end of the top 100, and another kind of a just missed guy should be the headliners of a Fedde deal. Between his performance and his absolute bargain of a contract, dude shouldn't be cheap. 2 end of the top 10 guys is more like the price of Kopech.
