Purely my speculation here, but with Baltimore looking to move some of their in between OFs and LAD needing to move at least Paxton, but really some other roster slots too for some of the injury returnees, there could be the chances for some interesting three way deals to get Robert/Fedde/Crochet deals done with either one of these groups which could see a third team offering in some prospects for the right to get a Mullins or a Paxton, and those prospects getting added to the Sox portion of the deal from either LA or Baltimore.

Rookie team is already ending/ed so there is no where to go that is a realistic level. They aren't going to send them directly to Kannapolis.

This. Somewhere around the end of the top 100, and another kind of a just missed guy should be the headliners of a Fedde deal. Between his performance and his absolute bargain of a contract, dude shouldn't be cheap. 2 end of the top 10 guys is more like the price of Kopech.

That's fine. I know not everyone does. I just don't see the players we already lost, plus the development time already lost for kids in the system for the couple of guys that actually do generate some sort of modest return. it makes sense at a place like SS, where we had no one, but the parade of terrible OFs to block guys like Colas, Fletcher and DeLoach never made sense, especially when Getz himself traded for those last two guys. There is a whole list of relievers out there that Getz release who would have also really helped the Sox, such as a Declan Cronin, or even Bailey Horn who we traded a guy for, and then released in short order.

Especially since they had earlier said they were pushing his schedule ahead to try to get him back quicker anyway.
