  1. That's what I would hope, but if so, it can't be for a discount of what each of the three of them would get on their own. Each of Robert and Crochet has to hurt individually. If together, it has to hurt twice as much. Kind of like a Presidential debate.
  2. If he includes all three to LAD he better be getting their entire top 10, or maybe sub in a couple of recent grad like Pages/Stone/Miller
  3. The draft is fucking up the trade deadline is the conventional wisdom.
  4. Managers on the cushy, cozy seat.... Pedro Grifol.
  5. I could be on board for a Pages, Rushing, DePaula, Emil Morales type of deal
  6. If he is even a decent 1B that's better than anyone currently in our system between now and 2028 at the soonest.
  7. Yeah, if he is a guy who could profile as a true historic 1B, I am still interested. We don't have one arriving for YEARS, at least.
  8. I think that would all ride on how sore his shoulder is vs how hurt his shoulder is. If he's hurt, he's not going anywhere.
  9. You can build a deal round 2 of the 3, with Meyer or Anthony as a must. You can win a deal with both Meyer and Anthony. I can't see Chris Getz making this deal without making a swing at someone like Nick Yorke. My thought is is Anthony, Teel, Yorke and Yoeilin Cespedes, as the wild card to win the deal.
  10. "Pedro, Chris cut Maldonado a week ago! You wrote him into the line up at SS, hitting 2nd." "My team is on the field"
  11. This is the reason a few people are mentioning them for sure. They have the ability to win a deal like only two other teams do.
  12. And if they are cutting him it means no one want Sheets/Vaughn... unless the guy has a quick out clause.
  13. But attacking Kyle is a worthwhile and high minded endeavor.
  14. If we gain 25-30 games over this season and the extreme selling that is going to happen either in the next two week and/or over the winter, that would be one helluva recovery.
  15. I think in terms of who could win one of these deals if they wanted to, the Orioles lead this list by far, and then I think comes in the Mariners and Red Sox. That list is 100% on if they want to win a deal, and also have a need for the players involved. Past that teams like San Diego, Philly, and the Yankees could make a deal work if other teams aren't willing to deal their high players.
  16. Pool is determined by the aggregate of your picks.
  17. And the likely answer is both based on how we have treated the kids so far this year.
  18. Accurate. They originally made it sound like Moncada would be back now, but apparently that timeline is getting quietly pushed back.
  19. Mendick and Moldy got us down to 38, which were then replaced by Senzel and Baldwin.
  20. And now we are looking at one of the worst (if not THE worst) seasons in MLB history.
  21. It did, but we added both Senzel and Baldwin, so those spots are gone.
  22. Here's to hoping this goes better than Nastrini, Leasure, Ellis, and Ramos did.
