I loved the quarter mile also. I did the 400 hurdles as my specialty in college. Best I ever clocked there was 58.9. 53.3 was the best I could manage in the open 400.

That's because you suck!!! I never competed in the mile because I ran 300/400 hurdles, high hurdles and relays. But I did clock a 4:58 in the first mile of a 5 mile cross country race.

The bleachers is where all this happened last night, usually it is there or the expances of the UD during big crowds (espesially during Cubs/Sox games)

Actually it wasn't just a "He" thing. There are a solid bunch of posters who are only around when the team it bad, and revel in the doom and gloom. That is more who I was referring to.
