  1. You let him pitch. It is the only way for him to regain feel and repetition.
  2. 3. Accurate. I want to say it is 5 times you can be sent down, but it didn't start until after the rosters shrunk back to 26 on May 2.
  4. No there isn't. Once you subtract out pitchers, and MiLB players on the 40 man roster who are injured there are literally 2 players left that they could have called up without releasing someone else. Mendick or Hasley.
  5. An option is good for a year.
  6. I am so much less worried about Sox hitting than their pitching, it isn't even funny. -For some reason we accumulated one of the worst possible groups of really bad early starters. Ron has his annual meltdown about Jose Abreu ever year for a reason. The guy just doesn't hit until the weather breaks. -Career April OPS+ Robert 78* Grandal 88* Abreu 86* Leury 92 Harrison 86* Pollock 87 Eloy 63 * = Lowest of any month during their career on average. -Add to that the injuries to Eloy, Moncada, Pollock, and now Vaughn, and you have more and more bench ABs. -Also factor in the Sox leading MLB in luckiest team in baseball offense.
  7. Glad to see Matt Foster vintage 2020 is back.
  8. With as many as he has lost this year, he was owed a cheapie
