No. Do I raise the issue in other threads? No. I confined it to one place, my celebration of PK's heating up. There are those who post their things - such as attacks on PK - in every conceivable thread. I limited mine to clearly labeled threads and no where else. He gets trashed in every thread it seems, I stick to clearly labeled threads and do not post any PK comments in other threads, and I get slammed. If I came across as being in anyone's face, I apologise for that was not my intent. More than that, I shall not say because it seems rules differ here depending on who is who. ahhhh bull s***.. dont put me in that "we" wished for thing.. i did not wish for a race i wished for a division title... meaning we would be up there all by our little lonesomes by now... f*** this race s***.... i want them to win it all like promised by management eariler in the season........and anything else short of the division title is a let down... Excellent post Michelle. We NEVER should have been in this hole. yeah thats what i figured anyhow... i was told at soxfest that "we" would do everything in our power to win it all... well s***... so far all theyve done, everything in thier power to just keep afloat.... if "we" werent sure "we" could deliver that promise in the first place.. then "we" should have kept our mouths shut and just let it ride...i for one will not let them foreget what they promised me......and right now were teatering on the edge of doom........ How can you say they aren't living up to what they said at Soxfest. They have gone out and gotten Carl Everett, Robbie Alomar, and Scott Sullivan. Who has done more to try to win? Plus they have made a bunch of little pick ups with an eye on the future with guys like Pantiagua, and Mike Riviera. Management can't help how the team played in the first half. The field manager and coaches are supposed to be responsilbe for that, but they have done what they could in the second half to get key players without giving up the big prospects. how far ahead are you in the standings ????????? they didnt deliver what they promised.. not yet... and i have a feeling it aint gonna happen.. but ill give it the next 20 games till i call it over with ok........ But the players preformances are not the fault of the front office. Blame guys like Gary Ward (and they did), Jerry Manuel, and Bruce Kimm. The front office got a lot of players for Jerry, and for whatever reason most of the offense just flat out stunk in the first half of the year.

I dunno.. but I think you're being a bit of an ass about this lately. steff, cheap shot at me - I always believe in giving a player, who has produced, time to get it together just as I did for MB this season, and Frank in 2002, among others. I am merely happy that a valued player who ahs given much to us in the past has gotten hot when we are in stretch drive of a division race and for the trash that PK has taken and still takes, it is wrong to celebrate his heating up now when we need it most? ok whatever I think what she is saying is there is a difference between being happy Pauly is hitting again, and just trying to rub it into peoples faces.

I am going to disagree with you. I want Damaso coming out of the pen in the 7th and 8th innings with the game on the line. He is just great in that bridge role, and no one else seems to be able to do it consistantly for us.
