When she reached the top she pulled down her panties and threw them down the stairs at me. I stood there for a moment, then turned and went straight to the front door. I opened the door and stepped out of the house. I walked straight towards my car. My future father-in-law was standing outside. With tears in his eyes he hugged me and said, "We are very happy that you have passed our little test. We couldn't ask for a better man for our daughter. Welcome to the family." The moral of this story is: Always keep your condoms in your car

I had the oppurtunity to see George W Bush speak at Notre Dame. It was a town hall meeting type. Including him, there were 7 people on stage. They spoke about Social Security. I've supported Bush's policies, but have always cringed when he speaks. That being said, I must say, in person, he comes off a lot better. He worked the crowd well, and joked a lot! It was a good time, even if the crowd was hand picked. There was one guy that stood up and started saying, "Mr. President! Mr. President." The Secret Service was on him in no time. One guy said something to him and he sat down. Later, I noticed him clapping a lot, so I have no idea what that was about. Anyway, Republican or Democrat, seeing the President speak was quite a thrill. Especially for this amatuer Presidential historian.
