Callaspo :prays: I kinda dig it, havent looked at the whole thread so this has prob been brought up but.... the guys a sox killer which has me thinkin is it just the way the sox pitch him and set up for him on D that makes him a sox killer or do you guys think he just likes hitting in the cell....id like to think he just likes hitting in the cell so i like the trade, i have a funny feeling he can put the type of numbers he did in 06 which btw (im sure everyones already looked at this but oh well) were .290 18 69 70 runs in 109 games. To throw out something else for you guys to ponder, beckham is like a god around here and his numbers (in 6 less games) were .270 14 63 58 runs(yes i know it was beckhams rookie . So its like why wouldnt you be stoked about this guy, yes his production has fell off but hes still young and playing on a team that is actually going somewhere i think he'll have the desire to play better. im a numbers geek soooo lets say we look at that 06 season and if he would have played around 145 games which is his average over the past 3 years he woulda been on pace for 23 HR and 91 RBI. so i for one am stoked to see what this guy can do in a sox uni. Im going to make my bold prediction now and say he hits .280 .333 OBP 20 HR 82 RBI

I think freddy has shown hes good enough to be our 4th starter (also i vaguely remember hearing about him only getting stronger next season) and the sox must see something in hudson because of the fact he was brought up to the bigs so I think and i think the sox think he could be the 5 next year so I would def trade either floyd or danks plus a josh fields (there backup 3B is the starting LF according to their depth chart)and some spects, if it takes tyler flowers which seeing as there catcher is henry blanco and nick hundley doesnt look all that great it prob will take him An offense of 1. Pods? 2.Beckham 3. Q 4. Adrian 5.PK 6. AJ 7.Rios. 8. Lexi 9. Getz/Nix/CJ with a rotation of Peavy, Buehrle, Floyd/Danks, Garcia, Hudson. In the central will get us to the post season and once we get there we wont really need 5 studs like we would have now. Throwin out jake, buehrle, and floyd/danks could be all we need in the post season if they can go on 3 days rest and if they cant you got big game freddy right there and who knows what hudson could do. So would i trade danks or floyd for him....in a heartbeat They also have a ton of good arms in the pen that id try to get as well Id try for Floyd Flowers Fields Cassel/Ely/Torres For Adrian Joe thatcher/cesar ramos(id prefer one of those 2 since theyre leftys buttttt like i mentioned before they have a ton of good arms in that pen so id take any of em really, theyve got a couple arms in the minors that look to be ready for the bigs so they gotta make room right)

Sooo out of the blue today i thought i wanna walk coast 2 coast just for the hell of it, try to get a sponsor and everything....while i was doing research to see how many miles it is from one coast to the other something came up about a guy who did it to raise awareness for diabetes sooooo me being 315 pounds i thought id try to do it to raise awareness for obesity. It could be great inspiration to see a a 315 pound man walk from one coast to the other, and itd make for a helluva story as well. So why am i posting this here?? I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how i can get my word out.

I just heard, I believe it was peter gamons, i was just waking up and didnt have my glasses on but whomever it was said the mets are going to be looking for a first basemen now that delgado is out...what about pk to the mets, start the youth movement and throw branden allen out there?
