Listening to ESPN 1000 this morn and one of the updates said the phillies are interested in JD, no speculation as to who we'd get back so lets start the speculation who do you see us getting back. First id try throwing in whoever to get Victorino, i believe it was levinne that said the phils wouldnt trade him but if we throw in say broadway and maybe another spec i think theyd do it. if not what would you guys think of them giving us a package involving Greg Golson??? Do you think theyd give up Romero??? maybe Golson/Romero/specs who would you want??? *thanks for the topic edit mods

I was cleaning at work today when a co worker (who is a huge junior griffey fan) told me they just said on the radio that junior would take a pay cut to come back to chicago, i believe he was listening to 670, anyone else here this?? Did they say how much of a pay cut hed take....now i know in the griffey surgery thread everyone was poo pooing the idea of him coming back, and i agree to the extent that i do not want to see him in CF next year. but what if we can make a good deal involving dye thome or kong would you take him back if the price is right or would you take him back regardless if we cant trade any of those and use him as a backup once again if the price is right???

id take him back just not for what hes asking, i think the kid still has a .270 20 70 year in him next year and ill take that if theres a way he doesnt play CF whether it be trading Dye, thome or kong.

im going to the game tomorrow and dont really wanna shell out 22 dollars for parking, what would you recommend....are there any people in NW IN that have a parking pass that are not planing on going to the game, ill gladly give you 10 bucks. I live in hammond work in schererville so if you live anywhere in the radios and have a parking pass let me know.. plus come on guys were only a half game down you never know what can happen, Royals arent exactly push overs right now.
