Rpublicans stole the 2000 election? It seems to me that the Supreme Court stepped in and stop the democrats from stealing it. If this happens the elections will come down to a popular vote. If people think the Flordia mess was something think about it happening in all 50 states any election under 500,000 votes will cause challenges all over the country and maybe a year after the election was over we could finally have a new president. Only in 1876,1888 and 2000 has the popular vote winner lost and all 3 elections the margin was no greater than a 2% win.

The point I was trying to make was an American President would not purposly kill hundred's of thousands of people. The people who believe that also believe Kennedy was shot 20 times from all over by everyone, Pearl Harbor was bombed by Roosevelt instead of Japan. I totally agree that it a terrible practice but in the eyes of the law it is legal and just like some other practices that are morally terrible but legal they will still go on until a court decides to change it.

About time the ACLU and those liberal activist judges where handed a defeat. They have taken the constitution and stretched it way beyond proportion. The first amendment does not say that a group of students can not have a prayer before there graduation as long as no one is being forced to pray. Here is the exact wording "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" Justice Stevens has grown to senile for the bench he has to be pushing 90 he is way to old to be making such important decisions. Lee v. Wiseman was 5-4 split all along party lines (liberals winning) so it means nothing to me. And finally yes the kid acted like a coward, if it offended him don't do the prayer ( I know several people who's graduating classes recited a prayer and they didn't believe in it so they just sat there and no one though any different of them.) First of all National Guard are trained soldiers so the only way this situation happens is if the good ole family man shoots first.
