Nice of Michael Turner to join the party.. Glad I didn't move him, and picked up Glen Coffee anyway. My running game is solid until Frank Gore gets healthy.

The montage that WGN just showed was nice. This year had a good amount of fun moments, and I'm genuinely excited for next year. With that said.. GO SOX, and GO ROYALS, I'm rooting for the one game playoff, I'm indifferent who makes it from there.

I didn't do this trade. I ended up trading Steve Smith (NYG) for Glen Coffee and Derrick Mason. I needed to make a move or two to fill some bye week gaps I have the next couple of weeks, so I'm willing to take on Coffee, knowing that he's going back to an RB2 role when Gore comes back. Thanks for the advice.. and give me a break, I'm a baseball guy! I took the fantasy baseball championship from these guys, but I feel like I have very little chance to do the same in football.

Trade is on the table. I have Turner, the other guy is offering up Fred Jackson (buf RB) and Glen Coffee (SF rb). Seems like it'd set me up nicely while Gore is out for SF(3 weeks), but the big names are Turner and Jackson. Would I be dumb to let go of my first round pick for these two?

I like Pena, Linebrink, and Dotel when they're not used in major roles. They all have potential to be incredibly useful if used in more of a rotation, or if Ozzie would just play the hot-hand, instead of continually running a pitcher out there to fail. I feel like we saw a lot of Pena when he just wasn't pitching well. Same with Linebrink and Dotel, though less recently. I know Ozzie likes to put guys back out there after they have a rough outing, but I'd rather see him be a little more selective with how the righty middle relief arms are used. If he did that, I think we'd have a different view on our current bullpen. All of the guys had bad stretches and the board stopped having any confidence in them.
