Jenks has given up runs his last 3 outings. He got his last 2 saves while giving up 2 runs both times. He's going to be tested tonight.

I'm all for ripping Ozzie setting guys up to fail, but 2 batters 2 walks, that's on Poreda.

The last 30 days or so, the Sox offense is ranked #1 in just about every major category. So there is still a chance. I wonder what the Sox record is the past couple of seasons for 3 game series in which they won the first 2. Its almost automatic they lose.

Poreda has to get in the rotation. We'd see Carassco in the 2nd inning.

There will be a game that goes 14 innings or the bullpen is used up where Poreda is going to have to step up, if he shines there, Ozzie will feel more comfortable using him more out of the bullpen.
