Ted Phillips was the same.....how'd that work out when put in charge.

He took a franchise with some good pieces, failed to surround them with talent, won some trades and now has some good pieces but fails to surround them with talent AGAIN.

At some point the White Sox need to realize what a majority of this board knew months ago......Josh Harrison is no longer a major league baseball player.

Eloy is the epitome of this team's failings. Wildly inconsistent, too often unavailable and low baseball IQ.
