  1. They had 23K last night, it is 4 game series and it is Saturday afternoon. Welcome to Soxtalk you're off to a banner start.
  2. I get that. Maybe the owner should take responsibility for running an organization. Or maybe build an organization using weather to your advantage.
  3. Freeing up salary means nothing if its spent on horseshit over 30 year old washed up players. This is why the Sox suck. Today's starting pitcher is exhibit A, Harrison exhibit B and the embarassing Garcia contract C. The absolute epic failure in the free agent market is why they are where they are.
  4. So it was nice last night I guess they need to thaw out hopefully they warm up by June and there are no lingering affects of playing in the cold.
  5. VV best not make another start
  6. Every team is hitting crappy the White Sox as seems to be a the case too often cannot get the big hit when needed.
  7. Appears to be correct but Sheets is going to improve to make up for it.
  8. Start of new losing streak. And on the bright side Leury will be moved up in the lineup as he is now hot.
  9. Going to go down with a whimper. Get em next time boys.
  10. It really is amazing how full of themselves this team is for a team that has accomplished nothing. I still need someone to explain to me why why Anderson is viewed as irreplaceable at SS and leadoff. He doesn't even carry the swagger that he once had. He is a solid player but this organization has him on a pedestal. Him moving to 2B and more polished SS could have been looked at but he and Abreu will reside where they choose as long as they want as we roll out guys out of position and try to wedge in players aimlessly.
  11. The ineptitude of this organization is mind numbing. Somehow they felt Sheets was the left handed RF bat they needed. He should have been the security blanket in AAA.
  12. He is not averaging 5 innings for 32 starts. Nor should he, he should never face a lineup a third time.
  13. Tad bit of crow from the top of this page for me. Started typing that with 2 out nobody on THERE IS OUR NUMBER 9 HITTER TWO WEEKS AGO!
  14. I am a little perplexed as to why when the ball doesn't seem to be carrying as much this year that the White Sox would continue to play so deep. This organization has now become arrogant, lazy and stupid and will sit back and blame injuries once again. Get me some Josh Harrison. Fuck this. Poor defense can be covered up by striking everyone out like last year. They are not going to be doing that with Lambert, VV, Keuchel and eventually Cueto rolling out there. The fact that Abreu and Anderson seem to have zero interest in competing this year adds to the heaping pile of shit that is the 2022 Chicago White Sox.
  15. Sure but the White Sox just went through 5% of their season without winning a game.
  16. Greinke is going to throw off-speed stuff all afternoon and chilly White Sox will swing away and away and away Anderson and Abreu will bobble a few and the song will remain the same. They will win eventually but they will lose more. I'm not sure a team could be more fundamentally bad and baseball stupid.
  17. They have 3 base runners tonight. That's the issue and has been all season.
  18. Keuchel sucks but he is far down on the list of issues with this team.
