  1. Isn't NBA game 2 tomorrow I would thin they want all eyes on that.
  2. There is no major rain in the forecast. Odd to cancel already not looking like rain all day. Something ain't right there....MLB covering their ass after screwing up Indians game?
  3. I was yesterday, actually today not so much.
  4. He faced Schwarber, Bryant, Baez, Caratini, Bote and Kipnis.... 20 pitches 14 strikes do I think he is the best option, no, but everyone here thinks he is Dylan Covey and that is not true.
  5. Fiers numbers this year may not reflect it but he is the kind of guy that gives the Sox fits regardless of the back of the baseball card. He is the kind of guy that Cleveland and Minnesota beat us with and others destroy. He will let the Sox get themselves out........will they let him.....stay tuned.
  6. He had two hits yesterday and is one of the more reliable bats in the lineup. There is no 9th in rally without him. You can say yes he cost them three runs but he then in the same breath got them two in the 9th and the base running gaff was on a steal attempt that may have been Anderson's fault.
  7. That is my guess and why he is currently considered unreliable to me. I am not saying going forward he is unreliable but at this time until proven otherwise he has to be a ?
  8. Due the fact the Sox now have one reliable starter and while the pen looks good, it is reliant on unproven guys out there. I don't think it is writing it off as much as it is an extremely young team that has some holes that experience alone can fill. Regardless of what happens in the next 9 hours, the day after the world series this year, the White Sox will be a top five favorite to win the 2021 world series which was the plan when the rebuild began.
  9. Not replacing, making them better.
  10. I don't like relying on 7 or 8 guys to be on. We saw what happened with Hendricks today. I start Rodon then go to Dunning or vice versa to get through 5.
  11. As are built on OBP gotta go Dunning but I still think it is Rodon
  12. 9 in a row retired by Bassit he may go the distaance. Got hit Eloy and Mazara for Leury or ee just to see what he can do Leury and ee are worthless right now.
  13. I think/hope those things about Madrigal will fall into place in a normal offseason and spring training.
  14. Silver lining is it can't be Lopez tomorrow. Why not bring in Rodon? David Ross may have wasted Jeffress for tomorrow. Isn't he their closer?
  15. Madrigal is getting shit on but Keuchal was terrible and the offense hasn't done anything this game against a pitcher they should be killing. Edwin cannot go fast enough. If they had a third starter I would be ok with this but in the end it looks like the front office punted on this season.
  16. We get it you don't like him. My guess is his back is acting up but they have no other option at this time.
  17. Pull him and try and bring him back tomorrow for an inning or two.
  18. He can't make errors with the inability to generate any power.
  19. If he really isn't well he should have been DL'd and left off playoff roster. That seems to be the common theme in his struggles.
  20. No you can be the home team at the visitors park similar to what the Cards were at Wrigley when they played all of their "home" games there. Even easier with no fans.
  21. Hawk is on Twitter.......how did I never come across this? What is the premise of this that Jason wanted to do last game?
