Sox missed Weaver, Lackey and King....Detroit was given a gift by Toronto as they needed to push back Halladay to face the Yankees for no reason, jagoffs......Grienke pitches Thursday against Detroit and the Sox miss him.......Peavy is back........ There is hope in cubville as they think they can take down the Cards and Giants, are behind 3 teams and 5.5 out. These next two games are wher the hope rests..... Why do they keep doing this to me?

Remember when New England installed Field Turf in two weeks. The point was brought up to the Bears and they said the CPD would have to pay for it. The park district will not do it. Why the Bears don't........they are still the Bears.

Halladay bumped back a day to facethe Yankees...David Purcey will now face Verlander. Think they are pissed about the Rios thing?

Yet the $10M Dye lovefest is allowed to loyally continue. They should make up some injury and say he has had it all year to at least try and get him a decent contract.

I saw nothing in this team that lead me to beleive they should make the playoffs. Yet when this day started if the Tigers lost and Sox won I would have had interest and belief. The Sox rotation really has a shot of being great next year which is good. Say what you want about the bullpen but the Sox are 2-3 in their last five and have not scored more than 4 runs. This offense is abysmal and down right pathetic yet Rios is the only guy called out.

Nix can look as bad as anyone. He does not know how to adjust during an AB.

Would be really nice to see Dye and Rios do something. They are sickening. After reading Guillen's quotes I get the feeling the Alex Rios era is no going to end well. He is doing nothing much more different than Dye. Also Rios did not ask to come to Chicago, Toronto chose to pay him and Chicago took a gamble. Maybe he just sucks.
