It really depends on how the differentials and controls are set up. Something like an AWD Lamborghini? It's going to be power to the rear wheels most of the time, whereas a ford escape might be sending most of the power to the front wheels most of the time. And if you don't have limited-slip differentials, you can still get stuck with spinning wheels.

Also would depend on the beer! A couple Dogfish Head 90 minute IPAs could easily get you above 0.08, but it might take five miller lites in the same time period.

Pretty sure you can drink responsibly one night and wake up sober the next morning. If you drink so much that you're not sober by the time you have to go to your job (and yours just happens to be driving a massive vehicle on public roads), you have a problem.
