Probably fair, though it's clear that money did leave the country after the banks were supposed to be closed. I'm guessing that's due to some connections between a banker and rich folks and not a banker and the guy with 105K in the bank.

I also find it a little odd what happens off camera. He goes back to his car, then what? Why start shooting? Was he provoked again? Did the kids come after him with something? That's sort of an important piece to the puzzle here re: the gun's involvement.

Snooze. A gun was involved therefore overreaction. He could have gone back to his car to grab a baseball bat and it would be a nonstory. Idiots are everywhere, with guns and without guns. Had he shot these kids, he would have been tried and most likely found guilty of attempted murder/murder. SYG would not apply. Edit: Given what the article says and the video shows anyway. If he goes back to his truck and starts to pull away and those kids come after him again, well, then I could see an argument. He's lost the fight, committed the crime using the gun, but nonetheless relented and went back to his car. If they come after him again with a gun of their own or a knife or something I think he has the right to retaliate if he feels threatened, even if he did start the initial fight.

Does it bother anyone else that articles mention Michigan being in the final four for the first time since 1993 even though that appearance was vacated? I mean, isn't the point of vacating wins to pretend like they never happened because the team cheated to get there? Is that just crappy journalism or does it not matter? Why didn't any of the governor's henchman shoot the governor? They had ample opportunity. Dumb. I liked the episode, but it didn't really feel like a finale. And yet again we lost a character (Milton) that had just started to get interesting. GoT was good, not great. Kind of a "remember, this is what the characters are up to" episode. I started the Vikings this weekend, up through episode three. Pretty fantastic. Another win for the History Channel. I think they've found a better niche than those stupid pawn shop/cajun hick shows.
