I've bought and sold hundreds of items on ebay without any problems. The people I know that have had poblems all said ebay solved them fast and fairly.

I have better hopes for Lennon than Paul. I think Lennon would have continued to turn out interesting and thoughtful music. But, I think Paul + John = greatness. As solo artists, not as great. There was a balance there that is missing.

THere are several industries like this. There is a limited supply, the earth isn't making much more oil. Why work overtime, keep prices low, etc.? Once it runs out the industry is dead. The onlything that will push oil companies to cut prices longterm and work hard to suck oil from the ground is ifa new battery to power our toys came along. As soon as there is a legitimate alternative, prices will fall as they try and liquidate their remaining inventory.

Walmart is the greatest example of a free economy at work and many Americans don't like what they see. They destroy competition. Companies, big and small, go out of business. And they did it by delivering a product better and cheaper than anyone else. This would not have been allowed in a more regulated and managed competitive economy. In the US, it is allowed. They won. And when I'm travelling and need to buy something, I never poke around thinking, what little mom and pop place can I find to buy this widget? Nope, I look for Walmart.

Let me see if I understand this GOP knew about it for years, did nothing. FBI knew about it for months/years, did nothing. Someone may have gone to the Dems, they did something. And we are thinking what the Dems may have done was a bad thing?

I don't have a problem with the Mets and Mets fans. The few I've met can really identify with being a White Sox fan in Chicago. Imagine being in the Yankee shadow.

If it was a 16-year old female, I believe the furor would have been much greater. We still have that double standard in society. A 16-year old male getting some is cool, the girl could quickly be called a slut. As victims, a 16-year old girl is still considered to probably be saving herself, while the guy is thought of as busy trying to get laid. And, completing the non-PC thinking, if it was an older female (especially of she was hot) and a younger male, some segments of society would be saying, lucky kid. I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE ABOVE, JUST STATING MY OPINION OF HOW REACTIONS WOULD CHANGE.

Not so much how I think it will happen, but teams I'm cheering for. It seems like it takes a game or two before I start liking some teams. I knew I'd be pulling for the A's and Tigers, that hasn't changed. Then I'd take the A's winning the AL I figured the Cards for certain, but couldn't really decide for the Mets or Dodgers, I'm pulling for the Mets. A Cards - A's World Series would be nice.

I friend of mine and his wife just gave birth to a baby. Everyone is doing fine. What I found interesting is that the soon to be Godmother and another close family friend were in attendance. Is this a new thing? There is no way the mother of my children would have wanted anyone there.

Savage ripped Rush for being a shill for the GOP. I was very surprised. I can't believe any GOP faithful would be trying to save this guy. Toss him under the bus and save face. Not only is it the right thing to do but it will garner more votes.
